    Changing the Input Source

    Source ListUse to selectTVor otherexternal inputsourcessuchasDVD / Blu-rayplayers/ cable box/ STB satellite receiverconnected to the TV.

    1. PresstheSOURCE button.

    2. Selecta desiredexternal inputsource.

    TV /AV / Component /HDMI Youcan only choose external devicesthat are connectedto the TV.Inthe Source List, connectedinputs will be highlighted.

    How to use Edit NameEditName lets youassociate a device name to aninput source. Toaccess Edit Name, pressthe TOOLS buttonin Source List. Name thedevice connectedto the inputjacksto make yourinputsource selectioneasier.

    Whenconnecting a PC to the HDMI IN portwithHDMIcable, youshouldset the TVto PC mode under Edit Name.

    x C (aerial channel mode) / S(cable channel mode): These two modesallow youto selecta channel by entering the assignednumber foreach aerial broadcasting stationor cable channel.

    Channel List Option MenutSeteac hchannel using the Channel List menuoptions(Add /Delete ,

    Add toFavourite / Delete from Favourite, TimerViewing , Lock/Unlock, Edit Channel Name, Sort, Select All /Deselect All ,AutoStore). Optionmenu itemsmay differ depending onthe channel status.

    Add /Delete : Delete oradd a channel to display the channelsyouwant.

    Delete a channel from the Added Channels or Favourites menuinthe same manner.

    TimerViewing : Youcanset a desiredchannel to be displayedautomatically atthe settime; evenwhen youare watching anotherchannel. Setthe currenttime firstto use thisfunction.

    Edit Channel Name: Assignyour ownchannel name.

    Sort: Thisoperationa llowsyou to change the programme numbersofthe storedchannels. Thisoperation may be necessary afterusing theauto store.

    Lock/Unlock: Locka channel so thatthe channel cannotbe selectedandviewed.

    Thisfunction isavailable only when the Channel Lockissetto On. The PIN inputscreen appears. Enteryour 4-digitPIN, the default ofwhichis 0-0-0-0. Change the PIN using theChange PIN option.

    Select All /Deselect All : Youcanselector deselectall channelsinthechannel list.

    AutoStore : Scansfora channel automatically andstoresin the TV.

    Channel ModeChannelswill be switchedwithin the favourite ormemorised channel list.

    Added Channels: Showsall added channels.

    Favourite Ch.: Showsall favourite channels.

    Fine TuneIfthe reception isclea r, youdo nothave to fine tune the channel, asthisisdone automatically during the searchand store operation. Ifthe signal isweakor distorted, fine tune the channel manually.

    Fine tunedchannelsthathave beensavedare markedwithanasterisk* onthe right-handside ofthe channel numberin the channelbanner.

    To resetthe fine-tuning, select Reset.

    ColourTone Warm1 or Warm2 will be deactivatedwhen the picture mode is

    Size: Yourcable box/satellite receivermay have itsown setof screensizesas well. However, we highly recommendyouuse 16:9 mode mostofthe time.

    16:9: Setsthe picture to 16:9 wide mode.

    Wide Zoom: Magnifiesthe picture size more than4:3.

    Adjuststhe Position by using,buttons.Zoom: Magnifiesthe 16:9 wide picturesvertically to fitthe screen size.

    4:3: Setsthe picture to basic (4:3) mode.

    Do notwatchin4:3 formatfora long time. Tracesofbordersdisplayedonthe left, rightandcentre ofthe screenmay causeimage retention(screen burn) whichare notcovered by thewarranty.

    ScreenFit : Displaysthe full image withoutany cut-offwhenHDMI (720p/ 1080i / 1080p) orComponent (1080i / 1080p) signalsare inputted.
