Inspection plan with usage 5 ( Goods Receipt ) and MIC 4. Inspection plan with usage 9 ( Material Check ) and MIC Process:- 1. Create Purchase Order ( T Code Me21n) 2. Release Purchase Order (T Code Me29n) 3. Requirements:-

Process:-
1. Create Purchase Order ( T Code Me21n)2. Release Purchase Order (T Code Me29n)3. Do the GR (T Code MIGO)
Now from here the result recording and usage decision is to be done for the created 01 type inspection lot
Transaction Code:-QA32
Run T Code QA32 to get the below shown screen
Click on Results to get the next screen.
Select the row & Click on Results

Press enter after filling the observed results to get the next screen.
Select the row and click on Usage Decision to get the next screen
Enter Observed value
Select the row and click on usage decision

Select Inspection lot stock tab after usage decision to get the next screen.
Enter UD Code
Click on Inspection lot Stock after UD

Finish the stock posting and click on save.
Now have a look at the stock overview using t code MMBE
No stock available in inspection

Now once the Usage Decision has been done it cannot be done again for the same inspection lot.
On adding inspection type 08 in the QM View of material master, a lot can be created and a usage decision will be made again for this inspection lot.
Moving material back to inspection stock
Transaction Code: MB1B (Mvt Type 322)
Fill the tabs and press enter to get the next screen.
Enter Mvt Type
Enter Plant
Enter Sto. Loc.
SAP MANUAL
Fill all the tabs and click on save.
Saving the document will automatically result in the creation of an inspection lot of 08 type.
Enter Material Enter
Enter Issuing storage loc.
SAP MANUAL
Display Inspection lot
Run T code QA32
Fill the tabs and execute to get the next screen.
Enter plant
Enter material
Enter Insp Lot origin
SAP MANUAL
Thus here another lot of 08 type can be seen, now, one more time inspection can be conducted for the same material.
