Whether you were born with a disability, acquired a disability through illness, accident or injury, or are simply experiencing the challenges of aging, we can assist you in living a fuller life.

• Infants and Children. We provide early intervention therapies

from the moment you learn of a potential delay. We provide comprehensive therapies (occupational, physical, nutritional, speech/language, and special instruction) in your home or at another location of your choice. We also operate an inclusive, accredited prechool and childcare program.

• Families and Youth. We offer before and after school care for school age children and youth with physical and intellectual or developmental disabilities. Our Family Support Services are designed to meet the needs of the whole family while raising a child with a disability. Services include family activities, support and advocacy, information and referral, sibling support, and more.

• Adults of All Ages. Our adult day programs give

individuals 18 and older with intellectual disabilities the chance to interact with their peers, engage in the community, and even pursue volunteer opportunities.

We have developed an innovative program to help recent high school graduates and other young adults make a smoother transition to a more independent lifestyle. We also offer a supported employment program through which participants can secure meaningful employment and receive on-going job coaching. Our community homes and apartments provide residential living opportunities throughout Central PA. And, we offer adults of all ages a range of personal care services that enable them to remain in their own homes and live as independently as possible.

Three key areas of support we offer seniors and individuals of all ages with disabilities are:• in-home care (as little as a few hours a week, or up to round-the-clock care) for you or a loved one, in the privacy and comfort of your own home• assistive technology (AT)

(an array of devices and services that give you greater mobility, control, and/or independence at home, work or school) We also restore and distribute AT and home medical equipment free of charge• respite services (care and recreation for your loved one... and a care-free time of relaxation and restoration for you)

We currently offer three types of respite:• overnight and short-term• AM/PM• Friday evening
