To the ‘sanctified’ body of the United Congregation of Israel, the following are the dates that this body will observe the Holy Days in the Gregorian calendar year 2013. YHWH Elohim has decreed that we keep these days in their season and in their month throughout our generations. Therefore, please govern yourselves accordingly by ensuring that you make arrangements with your employers to take the days off that are marked as Sabbaths as commanded by the Laws of YHWH in Leviticus Chapter 23.
