Vegetable & Fruit Salad

Sada BaharSour, Sweet Salad

INGREDIENT

• For Dressing:

• lemon juice

• one table spoon finely grated fresh ginger (peeled before grating)

• Two table spoon of granulated sugar

• Salt to taste

• For Salad:

• Three oranges - cut into pieces

• Two mausmi oranges

• Handful of grapes

• ¼ chopped mint leaves

Method of Preparation

• Combine all ingredients for dressing in a small mixing. Bowl and brisk well.

• Cut the stem side (top) and (bottom) and take out the seeds.

• Place in a mixing bowl and add all the dressing. Use a spoon to mix gently and serve immediately.

• 2 pcs Tomato

• 3 pcs Carrot

• 1 Orange

• ½ Lemon

• Few Mint leaves

Method of Preparation

Cut all vegetable as your desire size and shape. Then arrange all things on a plate.
