• SiteManager is a Web Content Management System created

• Provides full control over website content and structure

• SiteManager divides structure and content into two separate

entities

Creating and

approving Content

• Content is added using templates

• Each template is a predefined form requiring specific media

types e.g. images, text, html

• Multiple templates can be used to build content

• Content can be updated or set as inactive – it cannot be • Content can be updated or set as inactive – it cannot be

deleted expect by administrators

• Content is approved by a moderator or higher before it can be

published

Adding Content

• To add content, firstly select Add from the Content menu

• Click on the site you wish to add content to in Site Hierarchy

• Select the template you wish to use

• Create content and click Add
