District Key 3: Advanced: The is the follow
up course to “The Basics.”From 1:00 PM
till 4:00 pm. It focuses on developing a
“District Operational Plan,” a “Plan of
Action” and an “Accountability Plan.”
Whether brand new or experienced, this is
the class where we plan how to accomplish
the district goals set at the Council Planning
meeting each December. We turn numbers
into action items, and we share what has
worked and not worked across the Council
in years’ past. This is the workshop that
participants last year asked for more time.
It is now the afternoon starting after lunch.

together for your District to get the most
out of the planning and discussion.
