Tzell believes the key to its over 45 plus years of success has been our emphasis on ensuring client satisfaction. The primary objective of our Client Services Group is to maintain customer satisfaction, ensure consistent standards of operation, and monitor cost savings and value programs. This function also categorizes customer inquiries, researches any incidents and reports on resolution and prescribes preventive measures as appropriate. Your Account Manager works with the operations staff, accounting department, senior management and your counselors to monitor service levels and consult with suppliers to negotiate discounts. They would also provide consulting for travel policy construction, implementation and administration.

Tzell maintains an in-house International Rate Desk. Tzell’s International Rate Bureau, staffed by former airline rate desk agents, provides easy access to services that can, if applicable, reduce the cost of international air transportation. Rate Bureau staff has an average of 25 years of experience, with many analysts having spent numerous years handling rates and tariffs for major international airlines.

Tzell specializes in leisure travel and will assign a dedicated group of leisure travel specialists to book personal vacations. They will be highly experienced in vacation and leisure travel and can be utilized to book diverse packages such as cruises, tours, resort travel, spas, specialty adventures and more. All applicable discounts and bulk buying opportunities that are available to you for business travel will be offered to employees for non-business related travel as well.

Blue Ribbon Bags protects all baggage checked on US domestic and international flights. After choosing the level of service requested (additional fees apply), all bags are protected under the agreement for a round trip ticket, including items checked last minute at the gate. Once a bag is deemed lost, passengers must file a lost baggage report with the airline and obtain a file reference number, to be reported to Blue Ribbon Bags’ 24/7 hotline or online at www.blueribbonbags.com. If any of the checked bags are not returned within four days of the flight landing, Blue Ribbon Bags will send you a check for up to $2,000, no questions asked
