Bar Graphs• Uses bars of different heights• Compares data in a simple format• Easily shows differences in sizes/amounts• Disadvantage– Can only contain a few sets of data

Pictographs• Uses small pictures to compare information• Fun and Interesting• Not very accurate• Often used in magazines and tv

Pie Charts• Simple to make and

understand• Displays percentages• Found online and in

magazines• Disadvantages– Best with 2-5 segments– Only works if values are

significantly different
