WOOD FLOORINGSOLID WOOD AND BAMBOO

• There are different types of flooring in wood such as solid wood, bamboo, laminated and cork flooring.

• They are beautiful, soft on feet, warm, fairly durable, long lasting if properly sealed and maintained, can be refinished, they can be painted or stained.

• Disadvantage of wood flooring is by water ,darkness with age, they are way to expensive, softer wood can dust easily.

• They are durable, easy to maintain, scratch resistant, available in wide range of designs, can be installed over old flooring, affordable, good choice for damp and below grade areas.

• IT is warm easy on feet, large no.of designs and variant are available including sizes, designs, and patterns, dosen’t slip on the flooring, affordable.

• Collects dust and moisture which can turn into mildew, it is difficult to clean, not suitable for wet climatic conditions.

HARD FLOORING TILE (CERAMIC, TERRA-COTTA, PORCELAIN)

• Available in different sizes, shapes and pattern . Durable if it is manufactured strong, glazed tiles are moisture resistant and stain resistant. Easy to maintain.

• It cold to feet, can crack or chip, difficult to repair, glossy finished tiles are slippery when they are wet.

STONEGRANITE, MARBLE, LIMESTONE, SLATE AND ARTIFICIAL STONE

• They are aesthetically good and physically strong materials, granite is the strongest stone.

• They are hard and cold on feet, they are available from different range of from affordable to expensive glossy finishes are slippery when wet and are polished regularly and are heavy.

• They are affordable ,durable ,water resistant, stain resistant low maintenance easy to install, creats patterns like tiles, stone, laminated, and colour.

• They become dull, are waxed regularly, slipper when wet ,moisture can get into seamless mildew.

• Available in wide range of colours, are durable bio degradable, hygienic, anti static and its an ECO- FRIENDLY product.

• Porous ,need to be waxed time to time, it is strong overall it is difficult to repair.
