BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING
European market leader Party Rent’s company headquarters is based in Frankfurt and unites administration, warehouse and rental material maintenance under one roof. This represents a logistically and architecturally demanding task. The German architects Nikola and Herbert Jarosch have successfully faced this challenge. With the draft of a shiny treasure chest, they have made room for the accommodation of valuable equipment and the creative minds of the event organizer.
FAÇADE
By incorporating the façade system Qbiss One, the architects opted for a total wall solution that perfectly represents the modern and minimalist design of the company headquarters on the outside of the building. Regardless of its volume, the building blends in harmoniously with its natural surrounding through the reflection of nature, sun, sky and clouds in the shining façade. The non-inflammable cladding protects the treasures inside the black lacquer box, and its insulation ensures optimum inside temperatures during all seasons.
The highly adaptable nature of Qbiss One fulfils the varied requirements of the façade: It presents a uniform appearance, even and where it was formed into lamellae for the lighting and ventilation of the building. With Qbiss One, the architects have brilliantly completed their work, which was distinguished by their receipt of the architectural prize of the Bund Deutscher Architekten im Lande Hessen (Federation of German Architects in the State of Hessen).

Qbiss One and Party Rent have equally high demands for their work: high aesthetic values, performance, and functionality. For us as architects it had been important to create a room with these attributes. Whereas various processes intertwine inside the building, it appears calm and uniform from the outside. Just like a lacquer box. The façade system Qbiss One guarantees the desired valuable gloss level as well as superior processing quality.
