Two New Associates Join Cohen & Grigsby’s Pittsburgh Office PITTSBURGH – Aug. 4, 2015 – Business law firm Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. is pleased to announce the appointment of two new associates to the firm’s Pittsburgh office. Anthony Levanduski, who received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, will focus his practice on corporate and transactional matters, including private and public company mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity transactions, recapitalizations and general corporate governance matters. Matthew S. Sutphen, who received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, will focus his practice on federal, state and local tax issues for public and private companies; corporate, partnership and international tax planning issues; transactional tax issues; tax planning for high net worth individuals; mergers and acquisitions; and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Sutphen worked in Washington, D.C. for the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, U.S. Department of the Treasury, where he served as the counselor to the inspector general and congressional affairs liaison. “We’re pleased to bring these two new attorneys on board, whose array of diverse experience will be of great value to our clients,” said Jack Elliott, president and CEO, Cohen & Grigsby. “Anthony and Matthew will add additional depth to our robust corporate and tax practice.”
