Incaning District 778 Governor Dan Mooerswas awarded the Rotary Foundation Cit:ationfor Meritorious Service this past week atthe District Conference. This award canonly be given to one person in a givendistrict each year, and only 25 to 50 aregiven worldwide.

Congratulations fran all of us Dan.

Dan Davidson asks that members of the1990-91 Vocational Service Committee meetwith him briefly after the June 27rreeting. Assignments will be made anddiscussed. Contact Dan if you can notattend.

Joe Thanas and Kitty Root of the PortlandPlayers Carrnunity Theater were presented acheck for $500 by President Jack on behalfof the club. Joe and Kitty expressed theirsincere thanks for the on-going supportdewonstrated by the Rotary Club.
