See, this is exactly 140 Characters. It's actually not that much when you've got a lot to say and it can be a challenge to edit your tweets.

8. Listening vs. tweeting

Think of the 80/20 Rule:

Spend 80% of your time on Twitter listening--reading other tweets…

And 20% writing your own.
