Unplugrightandleftfoglight.Remove2retainerclipsand2boltswith10mmsocketandratchetinfrontbumpercoverandliftbumpercoveroff.

Removeboltthatsupportspowersteeringcooleronimpactbarwith13mmsocket.

Drainintercoolerbyremovingoneofthehoseclampsandpullingoffhose.Usebuckettocatchcoolant.Whencoolantisdrainedremoveotherhoseanddrain.

UnplugMAFonaircleanerassembly.Remove3uppercoverboltswitht25torxbitandremovecover.Remove1boltonfilterboxwith10mmsocketandremovefilterbox.

Unplugthrottlebodyandremove4boltswith10mmsocketthatholdsthrottlebodyonsuperchargersnout.Removethrottlebody.

Loosen4clampsonfreshairintake,unplughoseandremoveintake.

Removesuperchargerbeltbyusing½”drivebreakerbartoreleasethetension.Removeserpentinebeltbyusing15mmsocketandratchettoreleasethetension.

Removesuperchargertensionerbyusing15mmsocket.

Remove1boltand1nutoneachsideofthestruttowerbracewith18mmsocket.Liftoffstruttowerbrace.

Unplugcoilpacksandinjectors.Remove2boltsinbracketthatholdswireloomtobackofsuperchargerwith10mmsocket.Removesparkplugwiresandremovecoilpacksandlabel.Eachcoilpackhastwoboltsthatcanberemovedbyusingacombinationof10mmsocketand10mmratchetwrench.

Removeserpentinebelttensionerpulleyand2boltsonserpentinebracketwith15mmsocketandextensionandremove.Thisallowsaccesstoremovethe3boltsonthesuperchargerbelttensionerbracketwith15mmsocket.Reinstallserpentinebelttensionerbracket.

Removesparkplugswith5/8”plugsocketandshortextension.Certaintypesofheadersrequiretheuseofa5/8”plugsocketand¾”boxendtoremoveplug#3.Removeheaderbolts,6oneachside,with½”ratchetwrench.Dipstickboltmustberemovedonrightsideusing15mmshallowsocket.Pulloutdipstickbeforeremovingrightsideheaderbolts.

Removeupperandlowersteeringcolumnboltstoremoveleftsideheader.Use7/16”socketandratchetwrench.Removesteeringcolumn.

Remove2starterboltsusing13mmsocketwithlongextensionandoneboltholdingontheplasticflexplatecoverwith10mmsocket.Removepowerwiretothestarterbyremovingnutwith½”deepwellsocket.Unplugandremovestartertoremoveheader.

Removeheaderflangeboltswith9/16”socketand9/16”boxendwrenchandremoveheaderfromenginebay.Repeatforotherside.Loosenpipeclampsoncentersectionwith11/16”socketandremovecenterexhaustsection.

Removehosefromsteamportfittingonrightandleftside,removesteamportfittings.Use10mmsocketonleftsideand10mmboxendonrightside.

Removecoolantlinestosuperchargerintercoolerbrickonbackofsuperchargeranddisconnect8plugs/hosesfromsuperchargesandlid.

Unplug4O2Sensors.

Disconnectfuellineusingquickdisconnecttool.

Removecoolantlinestointercoolerpump.Remove2boltsonintercoolerpumpmountusing13mmdeepwellsocket.

Installfittingintopofturboforoilsupplyandoildrainflangeonbottom.Connectoilfeedlinetooilfittingonturboandtooilsupply.Followturbomanufacturer’soilinginstructionspriortoinstall.Installturboonexhaustflangewithmetalgasket.Tightenwithsocketandratchetwithlongextensionandopen-endwrench.

Clockturbostoallowoiltodrain.Thisisextremelyimportant.Ensurethedrainisfacingdownandoutletoftheflangesfacingslightlydownhilltoallowgravitydrainoutoftheturbosslightlysotheoilwillnotpoolintheturbos.Impropersetupherewillleadtoleakingoil/smoking.Install10anoildrainlinesandteeprovided.Installdownpipeswithv-bandclampusing13mmdeepwellsocketandratchet.InstallO2sensorandconnect.

Installbothwastegatesusing5mmallenheadsocketandratchetandconnecttoboostcontrollerpermanufacturersrecommendation.

Makesureandprimeturboswithoilbeforestartingthevehicle.Removehosefromdrainflangeonbottomofturbotomakesurethatturbosaregettingoil.Replaceoncethisisverified.

Ensureyourset-uphasaproperfuelsystemtosupportthenewpower(IfinstallingnewInjectors,doNOTrunthecarwithoutthecomputerflashedforthelargerinjectors).IfrunningthecarpriortotuningdoNOTgetintoanyboostpriortotuningoryouWILLdamagetheengine.ProperfuelingandaprofessionaldynotuneisREQUIREDtosafelyrunthissystemonyourvehicle,remember.
