Participation
Join hands with TWCM 2014 and help promote the concept of health,
fitness and general wellness amongst your employees by encouraging
them to sign up and run at this event.
Your role would be to spread the word about the event at your work
space and coordinate registrations in bulk from your employees.
The standard event registration fee of Rs 700/runner will apply.
For the above , TWCM will provide support ahead of the event on
various fronts – from providing training plans for the registrants to
organizing practice running events at various points in the city and
hosting discussions and Q&A sessions for beginners at select
corporate organizations.
Exclusive Marquee
on Race Day
As a corporate, you can take up an exclusive marquee space at the finishing area and have
employees cheer for their colleagues. Key clients could also be invited.
The marquee will have provisions of dedicated breakfast, space to set up foot spa,
refrigerators , corporate branding.
Marquee cost ( To accommodate up to 150 people ) : Rs 6,00,000/-
A Pre marathon expo to be conducted on the 6th of
December 2014 at the Chennai Trade Center .
All participants who register for the run to come and collect their Bibs
and Goody Bags at the Expo.

Training RunsThe Chennai Runners organize periodic area wise training runs Two to
Three days a week.
Each area has a chapter with a coordinator and a focused group of
runners participate in the weekly runs. The runs cover various
distances and have a fixed start and finish point.
There is an opportunity for corporates to have a year long association
these training runs carry out engagement activities.
