The camera on the characters so that the audience reads into the scene, pointing out what the scene is about. The framing cuts out everybody else and focuses on the two people who have just got married before and after she goes into the hospital – after there is a lot more focus on her because it was a major event that she had been knocked down. As this happens the speed slows right down and focuses/zooms on both there expressions and emotions so it frames the emotion which emphasises it. Before he runs over to help her it slows down on him running then when the cars go past it picks up pace again then it pauses on her face as though you were in the eyes of the man. POV shots – when he watches her just before the car hits her and he is in shock.
