(Interlaboratory Comparison) documents, RM documents and labels or inspection
results or certification decisions which contain TÜRKAK Accreditation Mark.
9.3 TÜRKAK Accreditation Mark must not be used in a manner to imply that calibration of a
device or any material/product subject to testing and inspection, results of PT scheme,
RM/ CRM (Certified Reference Material) is approved or produced by TÜRKAK.
9.4 TÜRKAK Accreditation Mark must not be used in test reports or calibration certificates,
PT/ ILC documents, RM documents and labels that contain no accredited results.
There must be no references in such reports/certificates to accreditation or multilateral
recognition arrangement.
9.5 In order to use TÜRKAK Accreditation Mark in a calibration certificate, majority of the
results in the certificate must consist of the ones related to the accredited scope. Results
outside the accreditation scope must be identifiable.
9.6 In cases where a laboratory/inspection body accredited by TÜRKAK is also accredited by
another accreditation body, it must use TÜRKAK Accreditation Mark on the
reports/certificates it issues or other accreditation body's accreditation mark without using
TÜRKAK Accreditation Mark, depending on its choice.
9.7 Calibration labels approved by TÜRKAK must only be used on devices calibrated within

testing/calibration methods included in the accreditation scope from the methods which
are not in the accreditation scope. In this note, for instance, there might be a phrase such
as; “ ‘*’ marked testings are not included in the accreditation scope”. Warning note must
be easily readable. Accordingly, there must be a notation on inner pages of testing report
or calibration certificate which will ensure that the results included in the accreditation
scope are distinguished from the ones not included in the scope.

from a subcontractor with its own results in the scope of accreditation, which results of
inspection works were received from the subcontractor must be clearly stated in the
prepared report or certificate.
9.18 When a common report/certificate is issued regarding the activities included in the
accreditation scope and not included in the scope, conformity assessment body must
ensure that the customer can distinguish the activities included and not included in the
accreditation scope.
9.19 In cases mentioned in Article 9.17, the inspection body must add one of the following
