TURKEY AND RUMANIA
Two different cultures
The distance between Istanbul (Turkey) and Bukarest (Rumania) is about 450 kilometers.
WHAT ARE WE GOING TO TALK ABOUT?
The culture in general.
The sports.
The dance.
The tourism.
The food.
We are going to talk about this following aspects of the culture of Turkey and Rumania.
THE ROMANIAN CULTURE IN
GENERAL.
The Romanian culture is
quite rich of many different
parts you can explore.
Important celebrations are
for example the „Mărţişor“
(1. of May) which is
marking the beginning of
the spring.

pretty diversified and
kind of a mix between
the the Turks from
Anatolia and the
occidental culture.

The most popular sport
in Turkey is the football.

which is accompanied by
a choir.

diversified and mostly
showed at celebrations
like angagements,
weddings, special feasts

The tourism in Turkey is also mostly based to the areas of beaches. But Turkey also offers beautiful landscapes in the innercountry, where you can go walking etc.
Tourists in Rumania often go to the black sea, but there are also mountains which are intresting to explore.
