Race 5: None Race 6: #8 PRIMARY HEART was eased on the backstretch and vanned off. Race 7: STEWARDS INQUIRY/JOCKEY OBJECTION/STRETCH/DQ: Following the running of the race the stewards posted the inquiry sign due to an incident in late stretch involving the winner #2 COLLEGE QUEEN, ridden by Luis Valenzuela, who was on the inside, second place finisher #4 PARTY HOSTESS, ridden by Martin Bourdieu, who was on the outside and third place finisher #3 G M T BABY, ridden by Sahin Civaci, who was between horses. There was also a jockey objection received from Martin Bourdieu, the rider of #4 PARTY HOSTESS, against #2 COLLEGE QUEEN. After reviewing the videos and taking testimony from the riders involved, the stewards determined that in late stretch #2 COLLEGE QUEEN drifted out and made contact with #4 PARTY HOSTESS, knocking that one off stride, but #2 COLLEGE QUEEN was clear #3 G M T BABY, who was going backwards at the time of the incident. The stewards’ decision was to disqualify #2 COLLEGE QUEEN from first place to second place for costing #4 PARTY HOSTESS the opportunity of a better placing. The original order of finish of 2-4-3-1-6-8-5-7 was changed to 4-2-3-1-6-8-5-7. Race 8: JOCKEY OBJECTION/1-4 POLE/NO CHANGE: Following the running of the race, Francisco Garcia, the rider of fourth place finisher #7 ATHENA THE GODDESS, lodged an objection against third place finisher #8 YES PLEASE, ridden by Sahin Civaci, alleging interference near the ¼ pole. After reviewing the videos and taking the testimony from the riders involved the stewards determined that although #7 ATHENA THE GODDESS was checked near the ¼ pole there was insufficient evidence to warrant a change to the order of finish, therefore the stewards did not make any change to the original order of finish. The official order of finish is as follows: 9-2-8-7-10-1-4-3-6.

Race 1: None Race 2: None Race 3: STEWARDS INQUIRY/JOCKEY OBJECTION/LATE STRETCH/DQ: Following the running of the race, the stewards posted the inquiry sign due to an incident in late stretch involving first place finisher #2 MIGHTY MICK, ridden by Sahin Civaci, and third place finisher #4 BUBBY BAY, ridden by Alex Cruz. Also, Alex Cruz, the rider of third place finisher #4 BUBBY BAY, lodged an objection against first place finisher #2 MIGHTY MICK, alleging interference in late stretch. After reviewing the videos and taking testimony from the riders involved the stewards determined that in late stretch #2 MIGHTY MICK drifted out under left hand use of the riding crop coming into the path of #4 BUBBY BAY, causing ##4 BUBBY BAY to clip heels and stumble badly. The stewards’ decision was to disqualify #2 MIGHTY MICK from first place and place him third for causing interference to #4 BUBBY BAY, costing him the opportunity of a better placing. The original order of finish of 2-7-4-5-3-1 was changed to 7-4-2-5-3-1. Race 4: STEWARDS INQUIRY/START/NO CHANGE: Following the running of the race, the stewards posted the inquiry sign due to an incident at the start of the race in which seventh place finisher #6 AMERS, ridden by Martin Bourdieu, broke very slowly and trailed the field. After reviewing the videos and taking testimony from starter Darrin Hall and the rider, the stewards determined that #6 AMERS began to rear up as the starting gate was opening causing her to get away well behind the field. The starting gate of #6 Amers opened in unison with the rest of the field and the assistant starter released the horse properly. The horse was given the opportunity of a fair start and therefore the stewards did not make any change to the original order of finish. The official order of finish is as follows: 1-4-2-3-5-7-1.
