Provide justification for access to the Gun Card. See next page for justification requirements.

Make sure this email is correct. Your request may take longer if we can’t contact your supervisor.
• If you request Read All access your justification must reflect why you require Read All. – Read All is reserved mainly for TACOM LARs
• Do not say “its part of my duties or job”. – TULSA Administrators need to know what your job
is.
• The Armor commodity covers the Abrams Family of Vehicles. – Unit Armorers will not be granted access to Armor
Justification
Select the appropriate commodities
Choose whether you need to be able to update cards, or just view them.
For each UIC that you need, type or paste it in and click the button (or hit the Enter key) to add it to the list. Make sure all the UICs you need are in the list before you submit.

• Requesting a BN or BDE UIC (usually ending in a double or triple letter) will not grant access to the subordinate unit. – W90AAA, WCC9AA are BN or above UICs.

• Information in the header of the 2408-4 follows the Cannon (Box7) not the tube.
• The data in the Tubes table (circled above) is a brief history of what tubes have been mated to the current Cannon. If there is more than 1 Active tube, you must contact the commodity POC to correct the information.
• The header can only be edited by a TUSLA Administrator.

10. Box 10 covers the historical data of the gun tube throughout its life cycle. •Take into account when making updates, the user logged in will automatically sign under the signature column. If the user did not perform the maintenance, it may be wise to enter the maintenance technicians name in the remarks column. See circled area for example.

Closed cards are kept for historical purposes but are not able to be modified by users
Active cards are currently open and can be modified
Users are able to search for material by: •Tube Serial Number •Cannon (Breech) Serial Number •End Item Serial Number (Not Unit Bumper Number) •UIC

Search results will be displayed in this format. Users can select to view the cards, add firing data, or add non-firing data
Entering Firing Data
Enter date of firing
Choose type of round
Choose EFC
Enter total rounds fired, do not enter total EFCs. This will automatically calculate
Add any misc remarks if necessary

Administrative Notes
• The create gun card capability has been removed for the Armor and Artillery commodities. If a gun card must be created for those commodities, please contact the appropriate POC for assistance.
• If a mistake is made when entering data, you must contact the commodity POC to have it removed.
• Anytime entries are being made, the user should also verify that the header information is accurate.
• Any time a user from a given UIC transfers, PCS's, leave service, or simply no longer needs access to the site, the user MUST send an email to the Commodity Team so that access may be modified appropriately. Neglecting to do so could result in tampered with or inaccurate information on your UIC's Gun Cards.
