planning your upcoming trip to New Orleans.

Game Day Operations
Team Bench The visiting team bench is located on the LaSalle
Street (East) side of the Superdome.
Football Tulane will use the NIKE 3005.
Coaches’ Communications Visiting team must provide their own headsets, etc.
Tulane and the Superdome will provide the dry pair.

Practice Due to the confines of the Superdome,
The Louisiana Superdome may or may not be
available for a team practice on the day prior to the
game. Only TURF SHOES may be worn in The
Louisiana Superdome. To schedule practices at The
Louisiana Superdome, please contact Scott Mitchell,
Assistant Athletic Director for Business, Game Op-
erations and Event Management at 504-865-5373.
In the event the Superdome is unavailable, Tulane
will assist with making accommodations at another
local facility.
Game Uniforms White Helmet, Green Jersey, White Pants
Dressing Room The visiting team dressing room is located at the
North entrance to the field. The locker room is fully
furnished with lockers, chairs, dry-erase boards,
treatment tables, taping tables, a mini training room,
coaches’ dressing rooms, restrooms and shower
facilities.

Biohazard/Sharps Container
Locker Room Supplies Tulane will provide the visiting team with soap,
towels, and 100 game programs upon arrival.
Team Bus For practice and on game day, team buses will be
allowed access to park at the loading dock to the Su-
perdome (South Entrance off of Girod Street – across
the street from the New Orleans Arena). This is sub-
ject to change, in the event this does change; we will
notify you in a timely manner.
Band Buses On game day, band buses will be allowed to unload
at the Superdome loading dock. Once the buses have
unloaded, they will then be directed to park in Lot
#4. Passes for the band buses must be requested
with the credential list.
Band Seating Visiting bands will be seated in Section 119. Field
access will be granted to visiting team bands at the
southeast handicap ramp located at the bottom of
Section 118.
Travel Party Parking For official travel party parking needs, please submit
a list with your credential list. Please include the
number of band buses, vans, VIP (e.g. Director of
Athletics), etc.

Game Day Operations
Visitors’ Pass Gate The visitors’ pass gate is located at Gate A Ground
(Poydras Street). Tulane will provide one (1) six foot
table with two chairs. Player Guest entrance will
open 1 hour prior to scheduled kickoff time. For
questions, please contact Justin Jones, Director of
Ticket Sales (504-865-5359).
Credentials Tulane does request that your credential list
be submitted a week in advance, or no later
than the Monday prior to the game.
Credentials will be sent via Fed-Ex to the
SID for distribution. Tulane will provide the
40 sideline passes per NCAA regulations. Please send
list to Roger Dunaway, Assistant AD of
Communications at [email protected].
Police Escorts Please contact Scott Mitchell, Assistant Athletic Di-
rector for Business, Game Operations and Event
Management for police escort arrangements. Tulane
uses the New Orleans Police Department for escorts.
Tulane will cover the expenses for the escort from the
hotel to the Superdome on game day.
Tailgating In the event the visiting team would like to
reserve a space at the Superdome, please contact
Angela Daniels, Event Coordinator for SMG at
504-908-4024.
RV Parking RV parking is available at the Superdome. They will
be able to access Lot #4, located in the Southwest
quadrant of the Superdome (West side of the Arena).
Cost is $50 per RV. Please contact Angela Daniels,

General Parking Superdome parking is available in Garages 1, 5 & 6
on game day. Cost is $10 per vehicle.
Miscellaneous Chewing gum and sunflower seeds are not allowed on
Superdome turf.

Game Day Operations
Alcoholic Beverage Policy Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the
Superdome. Louisiana law prohibits the sale of alco
holic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Proper
identification must be shown to purchase any alcoholic
beverage. Alcohol sales cease at the end of third quar
ter.
ADA Accessibility The New Orleans Superdome meets all structure re-
quirements as stipulated by the American’s with Dis-
abilities Act. All levels have elevator access and ADA
seating.
Re-Entry For your safety, once a person exits the dome, re-
entry is strictly prohibited..
Smoking The New Orleans Superdome is a smoke –free facil-
ity.

take left on Tulane to Galvez and right to S. Rocheblave (under I-10) then
turn left to the rear of the Superdome.
