TUBESETCustom triple butted chromoly steel is usedin custom drawn sections, to create achassis designed to excel in hard ridingsituations.Using an externally butted top tube with athicker wall, but smaller wall thickness thanusual, weve got a CEN compliant frame (itpasses the new tests) but rides better thanany previous long travel frame in its class.The new oversize downtube and headtubegusset transfer stress across the top anddown tubes, to give an incredible ride and a

super strong frame that has other brandspassing CEN tests, with a real life a 5.6lbframe weight for an 18in model that isbrutally tested - the test rig uses solid steelforks to simulate a 140mm suspension frontend!

FRAME DETAILS

"Three Finger" chainstay bridge isexclusive to Ragley. Allows massive tyreclearance so you can fit up to 2.5inrubber, massive chainring clearancewhich is happy with 36t middle rings,resilience to any attempted chainsuck/derailment. Bridgeless design gives bettermud clearance. Bracing to non drivesidestay provides high BB stiffness for stomp-and-go power input.

Bridgeless seatstays give awesome rideand huge mud clearance.

Chainstay mounted disc brake calipermeans lighter gauge seatstays can beused to promote sublime ride quality, give

a stiffer mounting for the rear brake, and aneater mounting location.

Rear slotted seat tube provides provenextra durability over extended front slottedmodels.

Bolt on cable guides give multiple optionsfor cable routing and replaceability.

Custom sticker kit lets your personaliseyour frame your way.
