Current U.S.A. Swimming, Inc. and Oregon Swimming, Inc. championship rules will govern this competition. Swimsuits must comply with the FINA swimsuit specifications.
Current Oregon Swimming safety guidelines and warm-up procedures will be in effect.

Swimmers may enter a maximum of six events, excluding relays, with a maximum of three events per day.
400 swimmers
Swimmers must be currently registered or have applied for registration to U.S.A. Swimming or registered with a USA Swimming recognized foreign swimming federation. Athletes must be born after 12/12/95. All swimmers must be under the supervision of a USA Swimming certified coach or a coach certified by a recognized foreign swimming federation. Athletes attending without a coach are required to check in with the meet referee who will assign them to a coach.
1. Submit Short Course Meter times only for seeding purposes.2. Birth dates and USA Swimming registration numbers must be included.3. HY-TEK Meet Management Software will be used. If you have HY-TEK, please submit
entries via email or on disk.4. Bonus Swims: Swimmers who meet the time standard for one to two (1-2) individual
events may utilize bonus events for a maximum of four (4) individual events. Swimmers who meet the time standard for three to four (3-4) or more individual events may utilize bonus events for a maximum of six (6).
5. Events #11 and #12, 100 IM will utilize 200 IM times for qualification and seeding purposes.6. Events #5 and #6, 50 Backstroke; #19 and #20, 50 Breaststroke; #23 and #24, 50 Butterfly
will utilize 100 times (of the corresponding stroke) for qualification and seeding purposes.7. Exhibition Swims: will be permitted, preliminaries only, for athletes born prior to

The 800 and 1500 Freestyle (Events 37, 38) require positive check-in at the clerk of course desk; check-in closes at 8:50 am, Friday. All other individual events will be pre-seeded with no check-in required.

November 14th, 2014(Transportation/Housing) Housing of athletes will be limited to 75 total; priority will be given (in order) to European Federations, national teams, all-star teams and, finally, to individual teams and athletes. Availability for individual teams and athletes will be based on date of request, distance traveled and availability in previous years.

“A” finals – fastest 8 qualifiers, all events.“B” finals – fastest 9-16 qualifiers in all events 400M and shorter.
Relays with athletes from multiple teams are permitted, but ineligible for awards.
1st-3rd place individual events, 1st-3rd place relays receive commemorative medals.
Coaches meeting may be held 15 minutes prior to start of each session. Officials meeting will be held 45 minutes prior to the start of each session.
We always appreciate the help of Certified Officials and Electronic Timers from other clubs. If you will be attending this meet please notify Shubin Zhao at [email protected] so your name can be added to the schedule.
Each team is asked to supply timers, when available, for the preliminary sessions. Competitors in Sunday’s 800/1500 Freestyle should provide timers. The host team will provide timers for finals.
There will be a post competition celebration for all athletes, coaches and host families who wish to attend at a cost of $15 per person. Tickets may be purchased at Clerk of Course. This was added at the request of our traveling European athletes to provide an opportunity for all to socialize. It has been a huge success and we hope the tradition continues.
This meet may be covered by the media, including photographs, video, web casting and other forms of obtaining images of athletes participating in the meet. Entry into the meet is acknowledgement and consent to this fact.
