TTC box drainsfor universal purposes

The round shape of TTC stainless steelkitchen drains makes them easy and fastto clean . Dirt trapped in corners becomesa thing of the past.

They can be used on their own or in com-bination with TTC drainage channels.Kitchen drains are available with adhesiveor clamping flange, depending on yourrequirements.

• Factory welded mounting supports (every1000 mm) ensure high joint stability andsecure footing of the drainage channel. Inconjunction with the wall anchors theyensure exact positioning and that thedrainage channels remain firmly fixed tothe floor.

• Height adjustable levelling feet andthe internal longitudinal and transverseslopes facilitate alignment of the drainagechannel during installation, particularly ifthe flooring is uneven.

General instructions for mounting andinstallation of connectable TTC drainagechannels.

1. Mounting the TTC drain box

Place the drain box into the preparedexcavation and connect it to the wastewater piping.

Apply the adhesive to the prepared floor(PE or bitumen foil) and clip down thedrainage box flange.

2. Installation of TTC drainage channels

Place the spigot joint of the drainagechannel into the drain box. No gasket isnecessary.

Adjust the levelling feet to ensure thedrainage channel stands square in thechannel excavation and straighten itparallel to the wall or a socle.

Be careful not to damage the floor sealingfoils!

Ensure the channel is held firmly in place.Do not fix with plugs. Fill in with cement,ensuring no space remains but also ensu-ring the channel doesn’t start floating.

Join the floor covering (flag stone or resinflooring) with the channel sides, using apermanent flexible joint if necessary.
