1' The committee inspected the area adjacent to the FM block to ensure proper Bio-medicatwaste common storage area. The following suggestions were discussed,

1. Demolition of the otd over head tank.2. Demolition of the two ord buirdings near the compound wart.3' constructiorl of two shed one for general waste and one for Bio-Medical waste with a

colour coded segregation chambers and COVID waste.4' PWD Assistant Executive engineer has got a proposal for the same. This has to be

discussed wilh the Dean for his approval.5' lf this propoqal is approved and the construction is completed, the BMW common

storage area will be shifted to the place adjacent to FM block. tn such a circumstancethe mortuary entrance and exit can be managed in the area behind the new surgicalblock(NSB).

2' Mr' Nazeer Ahamed -office superintendent, P&D, informed the committee that he hassubmitted the annual report of year 20Lg3' A new display board for the Bio-Medical waste management common storage area to bemade which has been intimated to RMO.4. Bio medical waste management training to be arranged for Krystal wsrkers.
