Before you can view the Trilogy Technicians App, please ensure the Technicians mobile has the TSC APN setup and active

The Technician App is located under the Apps section of the mobile.

No Internet Coverage

If you are in an area with no internet coverage (i.e. WiFi, 4G or 3G signal), you will see this message and will not be able to access the Web App until you have coverage.

The first time you login to the Technician App, you will be required to enter your Trilogy username and Trilogy password.

Note: Your password is the same one you use to login to a work PC or your work email.

Important: This is not the same as the Click Mobile Password.

Choose Your Browser

On some phones that have more than one browser (i.e. the user has installed another browser), you may be asked to select the browser you want to use to view the Web App. This is a matter of personal choice.

Note: If you have only the default browser installed, you will not get this prompt.

The Trilogy Mobility App allows engineers to view their Timesheets, Service Call, FWR & HSE statistics, mirroring the branch level statistics available via the Operations Portal.

They can also view service call fault notes, mobility notes and a searchable Click Mobile tutorial complete with FAQ & images on how to use their device correctly.

The Trilogy Technician Timesheet App allows technicians to view all of their Click Mobile submitted timesheets.

Each timesheet is available with a summary, graphical and detailed sections to view all of the timesheets details.

After selecting the timesheet date, the timesheet is viewable by summary, graphical (duration & call breakdown) and individual call details ordered by time.

The Trilogy Technician Mobility Reporting App allows technicians to view all of their Click Mobile submitted FWR and OH&S reports.

The Mobility Reports App compliments the Operations Portal, enabling technicians to view their service call history, any FWR they have submitted via Click Mobile and also review their OHS site reports for each call they attend.

Service call reports provide technicians with the ability to review their call statuses, i.e. how may they submitted as complete or if incomplete, a summary of the reasons for incompletion:

• Resend to Me – i.e. long PM run,• Waiting or Parts / Upgrade, • Different Technician Required• OH&S Fail preventing them from

competing the service call

Similar to the Operations Portal, the FWR report provide summary statistics by FWR type:

• Quoted Work• Reactive• Upgrade

This information allow the technicians track their own KPI’s and review with their service manager.

Similar to the Operations Portal, the HSE report provide summary statistics by HSE type:

• Pass• Minor Fail – One of more OHS items

failed but the call was safely completely.• Major Fail – The call could not be

completed, i.e., raining while on a roof
