The Speaker Mark changes businesses and improves lives. The Author Mark is a prolific Author, evidenced by his Amazon #1 bestselling book “Finding My Why Ernie’s Journey”. Mark has also co-written three additional books as well as being the bestselling Author of the Trust Based Philosophy book series. Mark also writes his weekly blog “Mark’s Minute”. He continues to have a powerful influence through his

keynote speeches, educational sessions, books, CD’s and his weekly one minute message. The Person Mark grew up in a rural Ohio town, headed to North Carolina to finish college, and resides in a small NC community with his wife of 39 years. Together, they have raised 5 great kids and inspire 6 grandchildren. Their four sons are all Eagle Scouts, one son is a serial entrepreneur, one is a dentist, another is a customer service expert for Alaskan Airlines, and one is a Disney World Customer Relation expert. Mark’s daughter Kerri is a Hospitality Management graduate. She’s nearly Perfect in every way!

The Businessman After attending the Ohio State University and graduating from Elon College, Mark spent 20 years as CEO of a multi-state retail sales and rental company that grew to 47 locations. He spent the next 18 years as a REALTOR®, teacher, and community leader. All along the way, Mark has invested tens of thousands of hours speaking and sharing business success secrets, sales and personal mastery systems, and the Trust Based Philosophy to companies and organizations across the planet.
