Capacities

Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto can accommodate up to 180 guests for a seated event or 320 guests for a standing cocktail reception

Rental & Minimum Spend Requirements

Use of event spaces are subject to a rental fee plus a minimum spend requirement for food and beverage, exclusive of tax and service charges

If the minimum spend requirement is not met, the difference appears as an additional room rental fee on your final bill

Statutory holidays are subject to a minimum 2,000. surcharge

All food and beverage pricing listed in this package is exclusive of tax and service charges

Your Event Specialist will be happy to present you with the room rental charges and minimum spend requirements for your proposed event

Key Dates

Final food and beverage selections are due and locked in two weeks prior to event date

Final guest count and floor plan are due three full business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) prior to your event

Payment in full of estimated event charges is due ten days prior to event date

DJ/Band insurance is due at least one month in advance Complimentary Services

Microphone Guaranteed Guest Counts

A final guest guarantee will be required three business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) prior to your event

In the event that the guarantee is not given to the hotel, the number originally contracted will be assumed as the guarantee. You will be billed for the guaranteed number given or attendance, whichever is greater

You may increase your guarantee within 72 hours, but you may not decrease it

Payments & Deposits

The full payment of the applicable room rental is required to secure the date and space, along with the signed contract; deposits can be made by certified cheque or credit card

A second deposit, calculated as 50% of the estimated cost of the event, plus applicable sales taxes, which includes but is not limited to charges for the provision food and beverage; rentals; and Audio Visual services

The final deposit, calculated as the remainder of the estimated total cost of the event, plus applicable sales taxes, is due five (5) business days’ in advance of the scheduled event date. If at any time a change in event details would increase the estimated cost of the event by more than $5,000, an additional deposit will be due and payable immediately

Following completion of the event, a final invoice will be produced detailing all actual charges and fees. Upon issuance of the final invoice, payment of any outstanding balance will be due and payable immediately

Cancellation

The contract may be terminated with formal written notice from one party to the other

All deposits and payments are non-refundable

Oliver & Bonacini Events and Catering reserves the right to terminate any function for which payment of final estimated invoice has not been received five business days prior to the function

Tax & Service Charges

A customary 20% service charge and tax will be added to the final balance for all food and beverage Beverage

In accordance with Liquor Licence Act issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, all alcoholic beverages consumed in licensed areas must be purchased by the licensee through the LCBO

For the health and safety of our guests, alcohol service may be denied to those individuals who appear intoxicated or under the legal drinking age

The hotel reserves the right to request photo identification from anyone requesting or consuming alcohol at an event

Unless a drink package has been selected, all beverage costs are based upon consumption per drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)

When a consumption bar option has been selected, bar offerings can be tailored with your Event Specialistto manage your bar costs and consumption

Wine Selection

You will select one white and one red to serve to your guests

You are charged per bottle consumed

Wine must be selected from our current list

In accordance with liquor licensing regulations, we cannot permit guests to bring in their own wine Cake & Cupcake Service Fees

The hotel will gladly provide special meals for any guests with dietary needs

Vendor meals can be provided, and include chef’s choice of appetizer, entrée, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage; Standard vendor meals are priced at 65. per meal

Audio-Visual (AV)

Adding AV equipment may alter room capacities. EPiQVision is the official in-house supplier

Alternate permitted AV Suppliers are subject to a 300. (minimum) access fee

A copy of the insurance certificate must be received at least one month in advance of event date

An Event Manager will be available as your direct on-site contact on the day of your event Parking

Valet parking is the only on-site parking option available. Please consult with your Event Specialist for parking rates and alternate parking options in the area

Coat Check

Complimentary coat check is included for all of our weddings Non-Smoking Establishment

Please note that Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto is a non-smoking establishment in conformity with the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, S.O. 1994, c. 10 and its regulations. Accordingly, smoking is strictly prohibited in Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto and on the premises

Decorations & Merchandise

Decorations or displays that are brought into the hotel from an outside source must have prior approval from your catering manager

Signage

No signage of any kind is allowed in the hotel lobby. The hotel reserves the right to remove signage Photography

Deliveries

A receiving dock provides delivery access for vendors. Vehicle should not be longer than 22 ft. and should not be higher than 11 ft. or wider than 9 ft.

All hired vendors must follow the Trump Toronto policies and procedures that can be provided by your Event Specialist upon request. Failure to adhere to hotel policies and procedures may result in damages and subsequent charges for repair of said damages

No vendors are allowed to enter through the front lobby of the hotel Other
