We all know how difficult it can be to set out,

start, growth and sustain a successful business.

Many start out on this road, less than 20% look

back and consider it a success. Unfortunately the

majority of us were never taught at school about

either running our own business, or more

importantly about running a highly successful

business. For many the fear of success is as real

and equal to the fear of failure, and it is this

stalemate that chokes future creativity and gives

way to reluctance and mediocrity.

There is so much activity going on within your

business, the demands are high and every last

thing can have a compound influence on the end

perfection, in the need to process everything so

meticulously both personally and professionally

that energy and enthusiasm suffers resulting in

more determination to remain at 100%.

It is mentally, physically and emotionally

impossible to be at 100% all of the time. It is

only when we give ourselves permission to NOT

be at 100% all the time, to allow ourselves the

opportunity to ‘have a bad day’ that we can hold

ourselves back to account as to when we must

be on point. This constant battle within

ourselves to be excellent can easily

overstretch and become an obsession

which in itself becomes counter

intuitive to significant, sustainable

business growth.

Each Mastermind program is designed to

identify and work through each of your limiting

beliefs to ensure you remain focused on the

things that matter, and not side tracked by the

things that simple don’t.

Whilst the program is not difficult to follow,

problems such as attention balance, focus and

firefighting are resolved within days. Instead the

candidate works on a month to month schedule

that they build seamlessly into their daily lives to

maximize time, thought and energy.

Just Setting Out - Ethical Coaching

Just Setting Out is NOT only for those new in business but also for those new to coaching or perhaps

those with whom want to build a relationship with the My-TrueNORTH coaching team prior to

progressing to one of our other Mastermind programs.

We meet monthly in a private dining room to share a 2-3 course meal and to discuss YOU and YOUR

business.

On arrival you will be welcomed by a TrueNORTH coach and invited to write down whatever ONE thing

is currently holding you back from making significant steps forward in your business.

It might be a hurdle, a problem, an uncertainty. You might feel you’re at a cross roads or even a dead

end! Whatever one thing is currently ‘getting in the way’ for you and the progression within your

business?

The TrueNORTH coach ensures everybody gets a fair opportunity to share his or her current concerns,

and that we all work collectively to provide the right advice for each member to benefit. The

TrueNORTH coach shall also provide 1:1 telephone ‘Accountability’ calls ensuring every member is on

target to reach their Success.

Over the course of a 2/3 course meal, each JSO member takes to THE HOTSEAT, whereby we all come

together to review and resolve each problem in turn.

Every member at the table for that HOTSEAT becomes a non-exec of your board; they work WITH YOU

in YOUR BUSINESS to resolve YOUR current problems. We all have a vested interest in the support of

every present and collectively work to determine the root cause of the problem and the RIGHT solution

to move the business forward.

The TrueNORTH coach ensures everybody gets a

fair opportunity to share his or her current

concerns, and that we all work collectively

to provide the right advice for each

member to benefit. The TrueNORTH

coach shall also provide 1:1 telephone

These are intense Mastermind Group Sessions,

at each where EVERY member of the TEAM gets

an hour for everyone to work directly with YOU

on YOUR Business. Facilitated by a highly

experienced strategic growth coach, these

sessions prove so popular that TEAMS often

become lifelong friends as well as trusted allies

for each other’s success.

Every month, we meet for an evening meal and

catch up over the evening, building rapport, trust

and networks prior to the Mastermind day.

Directly after breakfast the following morning,

we head for the boardroom, where one by one

we take to the HOTSEAT and work towards

bigger goals, bigger achievements and more

significant success. Between each months

Mastermind session each member receives a

designated 1:1 coaching session from the

program facilitator to ensure you are on course

towards YOUR Success.

The concept of a MasterMIND is by no means new,

yet for many Business Owners this concept may at

first appear rather foreign! You’re a business

owner, your likely to have a team of staff (large or

small) working for you, and everybody is looking at

you for the answers, the direction of travel, the

drive, the determination yet where are you gaining

that from?

NOBODY is more determined in your business as

YOU, yet how do you ensure your still driving the

business forward and in the right direction. You see,

too many Business Owners (particularly those with

staff) are so entrenched in the Business of BUSY-

NESS they seldom STOP, Take A Good Look, to

ensure they are still ‘on course’ to achieve THEIR

aims for the business.

Too many coaches concentrate on Business

Turnover as a means of measuring business growth

without understanding if this meets the PERSONAL

Growth needs for the business owner.

Each Explorer Group consists of 8 personally

selected Business owners (non competitive

industries) who shall work together over the period

of at least 1 year to significantly and sustainably

deliver Growth to each other and their businesses.

Working as ONE TEAM, we shall become the

equivalent of Non-Exec Board members for each

other’s business. It shall be each TEAM’S intent to

support the growth of both you and your business,

knowing that the same applies for everyone within

each TEAM. This TEAM approach ensures Together

Everybody Achieves More. More Growth, More

Options, More Opportunities. We shall work

collectively towards marked and measured

GROWTH TARGETS and hold each other to

account for the contribution towards these

Mountain Summit Seeker – Mastermind Retreat

The Ultimate Mastermind Experience

It all began almost two years ago, when I was first invited to be a guest facilitator at another

coaches Mastermind session. I’d been a member of two Mastermind Group’s previously and had

hosted one or two of my own, but never worked alongside a fellow coach at Mastermind level.

The experience was good, and participants commented positively as to my

presence and interaction, but first got me to ask the question:

What would the Ultimate Mastermind Experience involve?

Since then I have been fortunate (and wise enough) to attend various

other Mastermind groups, either as a Keynote speaker or guest coach,

and observed the many styles other groups are hosted, what’s included

(What’s not!) and then sat with a group of fellow colleagues and asked

the question again:

What would the ultimate in Mastermind Experience involve?

1. The right number of members 2. The right caliber of members 3. The right number of coaches 4. The right caliber of coaches 5. The right venue 6. The right outcomes 7. The right investment





The right number of members

Too few and the group doesn’t gel together well

enough for the shared effect to truly have the

right impact. Too many, and the personality of

the team is lost and becomes competitive within

itself. – There is a minimum of 8 and a maximum

of 16 members on each Mountain Summit

Seeker Mastermind Retreat.

The right calibre of members

People who are not ‘Ready’ or who fail to

understand the benefits of a Mastermind try and

join for the wrong reasons resulting in a

disjointed TEAM and a lack of direct progress.

Only people who genuinely understand that

working as a TEAM really does progress

everybody further than working individually. – All

applicants shall be ‘interviewed’ for a place and

invited to partake in a Business Psychometric

Analysis (A copy of the results shall be made

available to each individual) and used to

determine their suitability to work with each

TEAM.

The right number of coaches

A single coach might not have the sufficient

knowledge, background or diversity of

experience to expertly guide each TEAM towards

their Success Summit. Too many coaches can

equally create too much diversity and prevent

sufficient progress! – There are a number of

highly experienced coaches who have been

personally selected for their experiences within

the TrueNORTH Mountain Summit Seeker

coaching program. A minimum of two coaches

shall be allocated to each Mountain Summit

Seeker program and shall work with this TEAM

throughout the full duration of the Mastermind

program.

The right calibre of Coach

Whilst there are many who turn to the role of

coach, fewer have the relevant and necessary

experience, coupled with the ability to

effectively provide Business Success Strategy

Coaching. - Each TrueNORTH coach has been

personally head hunted by the founder of My

TrueNORTH, thoroughly interviewed and

completed complex psychometric analysis prior

to joining My TrueNORTH. Furthermore, they

have all made a firm commitment to the Ethics

on which the coaching Company is founded and

maintain a very proactive and transparent

Personal Development Portfolio.

The right Venue

Getting the environment wrong for any

Mastermind group can have disastrous

consequences. In order for the TEAM to gel,

work together and produce the highest quality

results, they must have the right environment

to be able to have the level of openness,

honesty and transparency necessary for the

Mastermind TEAMS to truly work together. It is

paramount that the working environment for

each TEAM allows for open, honest and

constructive dialogue, that encourages

creativity, imagination and diverse thinking, but

has the necessary measures and support

facilities in place to quickly enable these to

become hard line reality once the solution has

been determined. – The My-TrueNORTH back

office team work immensely hard throughout

the entire year to ensure only the best

locations, good quality facilities and the right

environment are provided, and that there is

ample ‘back office’ support available through

each retreat to support the significant and

sustainable growth of its members and their

businesses.





The right Outcomes

Fail to establish outcomes and the group could be

going round in circles not supporting the growth

of all its TEAM members. Too many pre-

determined outcomes and it ceases to be about

the GROUPS outcomes, but a more pre-

determined prescribed outcome! - Each group are

not simply placed together of whoever apples

first! Nor are they selected on geography,

business sector or required outcomes. - Every

successful Mountain Summit Seeker applicant is

interviewed at length by both the Summit Seeker

coach/facilitators and a business psychologist to

clearly determine the goals, objectives and

intentions of each TEAM member. Throughout

the entire process these are carefully monitored

and held to account to ensure every TEAM

member is fully aware of their commitments to

both themselves and the group. This is where the

psychometric evaluation is vital in ensuring the

RIGHT members are selected for the RIGHT

reasons, with the RIGHT intentions and RIGHT

motivation to achieve the RIGHT result for EVERY

member of the TEAM. Whilst many business

owners apply for this top level package

each year, far fewer are considered the

RIGHT fit within a TEAM to ensure the

RIGHT results.

This harsh but proven technique is critical in

ensuring the members who are successful in

joining each TEAM, SHALL be exactly the RIGHT

people to work together to create the most

incredible Success Summit Results.

The right investment

Too cheap and all you attract are tyre kickers,

wannabe’s and those looking for a quick fix.

Too expensive and you not only fail to attract

the diversity these groups demand to ensure

the RIGHT results are able to be achieved, but

you also fail the Ethics on which this whole

Company is founded! – An investment of just

£999+VAT per month is requested from each

successful applicant throughout the longevity

of his or her involvement with each Summit

Seeker TEAM.
