Vassula was born in Egypt of Greek parents on 18 January 1942. She is married and has two grown sons. Although baptised into the Greek Orthodox Church she rarely thought of God until 1985 when she began to receive Divine Messages. Th ese have been named,

by Jesus Himself, True Life in God. Th ey have now been translated into over 40 languages and all the work has been done by volunteers; Vassula receives no royalties for any books published.

In these Prophetic Messages (some of the prophecies have already been fulfi lled) God is calling the whole of His creation to return to Love while asking Christians to unify His Body, His Church (“Orthodox! Catholics! Protestants! You all belong to Me! You are all One in My Eyes!”). Vassula’s mission is to go out and proclaim the Truth. She has now visited approximately 87 countries and has spoken in more than 1145 meetings, some with audiences as large as 100,000 people.

About the messages of True Life in God Messages are profoundly spiritual and are written in a clear and direct language. We are invited to enter into conversation with God substituting Vassula’s name in these texts for our own. Once having done that we are gently led into the mysteries of the Triune God and begin to grow in the Knowledge of God. Th rough the bounty of the Holy Spirit acting in us (Second Pentecost) we then begin to grow in God’s Love, Peace and Unity. Jesus’ prayer to the Father ( John 17;21) “may they be one in Us, as You are in Me and I am in You, so that the world may believe it was You who sent Me;” will then be accomplished. Jesus explains about this prayer on 10 December 2001: “My words intonated were meant that the whole of creation must be a� ected into a spiritual unity not a unity by a signed treaty; to ful� l My Words the churches must seek � rst humility and love, graces that can be obtained through the Holy Spirit and through a great repentance;”In the latest Messages published under the title of Odes of the Holy Trinity, the Holy Trinity summarize the purpose of these Divine Messages: to rediscover the revealed Truth and to enter into the spiritual espousal with God, the wedding feast of Apocalypse Chapter 21. In that union of creature with God, God’s Will will be done on earth as it is in Heaven, for we will fi nd true Life, the life in God and with God.

CONTENTSTh e two essential topics of this new edition of the mag-azine are on the one hand, the publication of the last six messages that the Lord has off ered us as precious spiritual food, and on the other hand, the account of the granting to Vassula, for the fi fth time, the ‘Peace Gold Award.’ Th is year, True Life in God has been honored for their generous contribution towards orphans and destitute children. What bridge connects these two ap-parently so diff erent events? Well, quite simply - Love; a Love that fi nds its source in God and is embodied in a gift to the other. Love leans down and gives Him-self in our day to a humanity thirsty to know true Love through a Word that the Lord Himself defi nes as be-ing “the noblest of My Works in your times.” (True Life in God Message, February 25, 1998) It is also through the work of the Beth Myriam that “a return of love” takes place because “all that you do to the least of My brethren you do it to Me…” (True Life in God Message, March 27, 2002)

the Sceptre of Your Kingship, a Sceptre of Justice,

but spared us, by sending us

many have forgotten You, my God,

for we have witnessed so many marvels

faithful I Am with the faithful; I shall always support you and guard you! I shall never allow your feet to stray away from the path I have set for you; I am your Lord robed with Uprightness; the joy of your heart, see? all the heavens declare My Glory! clothed in majesty and glory, wrapped in a robe of Light I Am;

have you not noticed how the Spirit moved you from the dawn of My approach to you? do you remember when you called out to My Father, ‘dad’?

I do remember clearly that extraordinary moment of Light!

no human could have revealed to you this truth to utter with joy this word were it not revealed to you by the Holy Spirit sending demons away; My Father and I rejoiced, for then We knew that We would be able to plant Our Words in your heart; Words of Wisdom, Words sweeter than honey;

you would learn from Us virtue and righteousness, and We would start establishing order in your life extending it to many others; I would then become your Holy Companion never leaving your side! royal and sacred writing will be forming and guiding your hand, although We knew that these1 would be hounded with frenzy by poor small souls;2 their false judgment would be recoiling hot coals on their head; jewel of My Heart, you have heaped jewels in My Hands every time you uttered the word ‘dad’ to your Father in Heaven!

God is our Father in Heaven,

Abba, or Dad is our Rock;

any soul who comes to Him with trust,

will feel secure and at Home;

always rest in God alone,

may my thoughts and words

My child, I want today to reassure you of My constant Love I have for you; lily of My Heart, I am the Guard-ian of your soul; guarding you from the fate of sinners, to live your life in innocence, I have breathed in you life for I have embedded you in My Heart; delight at this! listen to My Word and follow It, so that you may not go astray; the Word is Life; the Word keeps you away from sinning if you follow My Word, but if you happen to sin you have your advocate with the Father; I am the One who takes your sins away, so lift your eyes and look at My Glory, look at My Sovereignty, look at the Heavens, then look Who is the Author of these Messages;

on Judgment Day I shall judge everyone in My Courts and I shall separate sin from virtue, evil from good; then I shall add on the scale the love you had for neighbour and for Me; I shall count every degree of purity, every word of love, every cry of repentance, I shall value highly all of these; every soul will be standing in front of My Th rone, men and women of all peoples, nations and languages; all denominations of Angels will be present in My Court of Judgment;

I tell you, generation, you do not have much time left to resolve to humble yourself before Me, every action you do, every thought good or bad is being written in the Book of Truth; if anyone decides to walk with Me and cling to Me I will protect them through their walk and I will lead them to safety: Home! yes! Heaven is your fi nal destination, Heaven is your true Home! at Home you will feel My Peace and that you belong, you will feel secure; you will understand that you always belonged there; your soul will feel enveloped by My Arms, in My Embrace forever;

and more, you will realize then that I Am your Spouse! so I tell everyone: do not waste your time in this passing world, for your life span is over in a breath; every soul will be gone one day or the other; whereas in Heaven your days are eternal, they will not be counted; therefore, remember that all, yes all of you are the sons and daughters of the Most High and so do not make gods of material things, worshipping them; I am ready always to shepherd you with tenderness and guide you all with compassion;

ah, Vassula! anointed by My Hand, on whom I have given an angelic mission, your Father and I delight in your hunger for Us, this is why We have revealed Ourselves to you to satisfy your hunger and lead you in a path of sapphires, fragranced with myrrh and frankincense;

and lift your eyes to meet My Gaze, My Gaze that will restore any lacking, any doubt, any fear, when your eyes will meet My Gaze, you will be looking in an Infi nite deep turquoise ocean of Love, you will gaze in the depths of My Love, the Love of Me, your God;

My beloved be happy that I have put in your mouth this New Song, a Song of Forgiveness, a Song of Mercy, Love, a Song of Tenderness and Hope, a Song of Wisdom, and Purity, a Song of Truth and of Faithfulness to be sung around the world so that every living thing may hear its sound and get healed;

the mountains, the valleys, rivers and seas and everyone who lives under these skies when they will hear it they will know that the God they have forgotten, He has never forgotten them; Love will be at their doorstep waiting for them to surrender; I will tell them if they will open the door of their heart that I made a New Song for them to be played on the strings of Love that will give victory to Me but safety to them; I will then invite them to perfection, perfecting them in Us, so long as they will be willing to follow Us;

My Vassula, My Peace I give to you; do not doubt of My Love; you are My delight on whom My protection is given; I am your Keeper;

My Song is about Forgiveness and Justice; I love Justice, humility and virtue; allow yourselves to be adopted by Me, as I adopted My daughter who now is united to Me and in union with My Holy Spirit; I have made visible our union, through all these years to you; have I not planted you in My garden of delights, a lily among lilies? have I not shown goodness and kindness to you? repose in My Sacred Heart to keep your soul tranquil and in peace;

I am your Light and your Salvation, your Fortress and your Rock, so who can uproot you from Me? child! hear My Voice! and welcome it like the sun; welcome it like showers on a thirsty soil and your lips will sing for joy and all day long your tongue will permanently proclaim My Words of Wisdom, proclaiming My marvels; so fulfi ll the vows you made to Me; and give thanks as you invoke My Name; let your prayers reach Me and let them rise to Me like incense;

remind everyone that all of your thoughts and actions through the span of your life are recorded in My Book of Life, the Book of Truth, which will be opened in Judgment Day and be read out aloud, unfolding all and everything you have done while on earth; the virtuous will have eternal life with Me, as for the rebels they will be fl ung head fi rst in the eternal fi res and into the Abyss for good; so build your life on love; be constant in your love, so that you may rest for ever in Paradise;

December 14, 2018My Vassula, balm on My Body,

Your Church, Lord...

yes; My Body is fi lled with thorns of each species...1 misery and distress have reduced My Body which is My Church into a lamentation book; now at any time Saint Michael My Archangel will stand up, and all nations will taste what they had sown; the corrupt will stagger in their distress while they realize where their conduct led their soul to be; and a piercing cry of agony will shake the foundation of the earth, but the faithful and the pure will remain unscathed!

I look sadly at My Church today and She still lies scattered as the dry bones in Ezekiel’s vision, empty from the Spirit; I have sent famine among nations as a reminder, that without Me, divorced from Me, your lives will remain in desolation and in poverty; I have sent turbulence among nations to remind you of your true founda-tions; fi re and brimstone will be displayed soon to acknowledge your sinfulness, and if you do, I shall keep you to Myself;


do you know what those thorns have done to My Body? they have planted themselves in My Body in such a way, that they may be able to grow roots, they have rooted themselves in My Body and their roots have grown now into venomous thistles; these thistles committed crimes in my Body resembling the crimes of Sodom, perversity, pride, gluttony, arrogance, complacency, adultery and adding fi lthy practices;

ah, Lord, You had asked me years back to pull out the thorns from Your Body, but have I neglected to do so? have I failed You? why so many thorns still lie in Your Body?

ah, Vassula, you have not failed Me, I have been watching your eff orts to pull out of My Body those thorns;

but it seems I have somehow not been able to pull out all of them, and You seem to su� er...

no, Vassula, you have indeed consoled Me, all of your eff orts were not in vain; at all moments your hand never stopped pulling out those thorns, some were uprooted, others remained in My Body since these were hiding in dark corners growing into venomous trees; these are beyond human strength of uprooting them;

so what can one do?

the only way to uproot them will be by My Own Hand; I will have to burn their roots, snap their branches and in their place plant vineyards, and the vineyards will bear their fruit!

disciple of Mine; look around you and you can tell; is there any nation that does not spread terror through the world of the living? indeed your era is an era of darkness, a vision of horror! pain and tribulation has become your daily bread, generation, decreasing your life span and here I Am, giving you signs of My Presence among you, oh, but how indiff erent you are! here I Am stretching out My Hands to save you and free you from your misery; have I become so unnoticeable to you, generation? is there any austerity in My Presence? or in My ap-pearance? who tells you that I hardly forgive your sins when you repent? according to grace when you repent I forgive and forget;

in your age and time, generation, I am sending you the Holy Spirit to revive you, with urgency; I form apostles, prophets to renew My Church; when the stench of decay has reached Heaven through the complacency of My shepherds; do you remember what I said to you at your dining table once?2

yes! love is missing! replace those thorns in My Body with the virtue of love; let its root be embodied deep in My Body, water it with prayer and with faith and hope, and I shall shed My Light on it to allow it to grow watching it as it grows into holiness; among those who will take root in My Body, My Presence too will be among you; and people will be heard saying: ‘look, here God lives among human beings;’ and I will confi rm what I have said in the past: ‘look! I am making the whole of My creation new,’ I am renewing My creation, I am pouring unutterably My Holy Spirit in this dead era of yours to redeem you from the enemy; I will shed My Light on your minds and lift up the veil covering your eyes and bring to your memory who I Am; and you will return to Me;

and in those days every knee shall bend low before Me, and all who were going down the alley of dust will lower themselves and will revere Me; in the end all generations to come, will proclaim My Name, telling people of My saving help...

daughter-of-the-King, I have been courting you with oil of gladness as none other among your generation; My Sceptre of Royalty is a Sceptre of kindness and mercy, placed on your wrist to enable you to pen down My Words in this noble theme, addressing you through you a Poem, an Ode,

ah, Vassula! little do you know of the graces I have bestowed on you to enable you to hear Me and be in My Presence...My transcendency surpasses every mind and has no end; you see without Me you can do noth-ing... apostle, I have raised you to be... and to be in communion with Me delights Me enormously; I have said together with My Father’s Heart1 that I will be your Guardian, and you to be the Sign of My Love; the Love I have for all humanity; My forbearance has been long on all of this generation and My Father’s Eyes2 dissolve in torrents of tears at the ruin Our creatures are heading to;

Father! people do not want to change, or even talk about You!

yes, and among those I called, very few listened;

It’s a struggle and instead of some improvement I see higher and more unpleasant upheavals and cruelty and rebellion and deafness in our world...

not for long, Vassula, not for long... maintain your faithfulness to Me; be like a Spartan but bloom like a lily; be gentle in appearance yet determined and like a plough preparing the ground in which My seeds will be sown; I, Yahweh, your Father, will continue to speak through you; praise My Name glorifying It and do not allow the evil one to rob you from the Peace I have bestowed on you, My child!

My pupil, I give you My Peace... write: in the past I had revived the fortunes of Jacob, favouring them and forgiving their sins; will I not then revive and restore this generation as well? as the potters handle clay with a vessel that is shaped by his hands that come out wrong and starts afresh to work on it and perfect it, so are you in My Hands; have I not shaped you, daughter, as I want you to be? have I not revived you?

then if anyone allows Me to reform them as clay in My Hands, as you allowed Me, I will shape them the way I want them to be; and I will take their guilt away... if only they renounce their folly, I will anoint them;

My pupil, persevere and may no earthly attraction come on your way to distract you from Me! I want you to remain bonded to Me; keep Me in your sight constantly, praise My Name in the heights all the time -

My Day is near to all of you, and that Day of My Return will come upon you like a thief in the night! alas for you who are unprepared, and yet, ah, how many more warnings have I not sent out to you to remind you to be true to your Faith? and now era of wickedness, who remains dead to My Word, blaspheming My Mercy, undying to your wickedness and to your division, never striving to settle the dates of Easter to cel-ebrate this Feast together, you still appear boldly in front of My Face pronouncing that the Eucharist you off er be a sign of unity and peace, a bond of charity; but, so long as love is missing among you, Satan is given the power to hold you apart;

to heal your division, the way and the only way is if you will grow in your love; there must be love among you so that I may rule your heart; the Spirit of Love is waiting to fi ll you with His Presence, but you are not letting Him so that He removes your division; if you repent and allow My Spirit to dwell in you, My Church then would be fi lled with Light, the Light of the Holy Spirit;

today, generation, you are living in great tribulations forced by your own hand; the spirit of evil is among you, a spirit of lethargy, apathy, rebellion, relentless pride that made you to apostatize, keeping you away from Me and closer to Death! do you wish to pass eternity in Hell? if you return to Me, I will lift away your tribula-tions and you will taste peace on earth...

the Day of My Return is nearer than you think, for I am coming to dwell in the middle of all of you and in all truth I will be awakening My People1 lifting the veil that impedes them to recognize Me as the Messiah; I will be reviving their drooping spirit, turning it into a fl ame of joy, and their consciences into a vivid open book of Understanding2 and they will celebrate Me with Psalms cultivating Knowledge in their heart!

I, the Lord, God, will gather you all under My Name; for wide is My Dominion and My Royal Power; let no one deceive you, that in the end, I will not triumph, for this is what Satan wants you to believe; I will tri-umph in the end and all of you will live under My Holy Name: Jesus Christ, Son of God and Saviour,

and you, daughter, remain faithful to Me; rest your head on My Heart obtaining My Peace and My Love; we us?

Letter From Vassula About This Year’s Pilgrimage in Greece

Dear friends of TLIG,

In these days we are very busy preparing the big Pilgrimage once more in Greece, and we are more than happy in giving this Service to our Lord. In doing so, the Message of Love, Peace, Reconciliation and Unity conducts God’s Aff airs with honour to reach countries far and wide in the world. We, who work to set up this Pilgrim-age take delight to work for unity assembling so many nations and of all creeds, transmitting our love to one another, and I’m glad that already so many of you have registered to come.

Our Lord never meant us to suff er this division that still preoccupies Him due to our pride and sinfulness, but to win back what we lost and has separated us. Can we win what we lost? Can we win peace and unity bring-ing it back in our lives? Can we truly unite and reconcile with one another? Yes! Yes we can unite, so long as we learn to love, by reminding ourselves of our Divine origin and moral values. Th is is why our Th eme of the Pilgrimage will be: “Divine Love for one another binds us in Unity together in God.”

We must remind ourselves to become the Image of the living God, or of our saints, who have no trace of im-purity, no trace of prejudice, no trace of vengeance, no trace of hatred. Th us our struggle is to teach Divine love in the assemblies of our Pilgrimages.

Let once more God direct our hearts in the path of unity by coming together to pray for reconciliation, asking God to forgive our lethargy, apathy and indiff erence to His Urgent Call of Unity. We know the eff ect and the power of prayers when we are many and said by our hearts, as Jesus said once in His Message - May 31, 2003

“My Vassula, man’s compassion is limited and does not extend as Mine; but My compassion extends to everything that lives; I rebuke, correct and I teach, bringing them back gently into the fold;

- as for what relieves the heat in arguments, is it a gentle word?

yes, a word uttered with love can alter a whole situation; it can stop a war; it can melt ice and calm down a storm; it can extinguish a � re; Scriptures say: ‘“you have to be gentle when you correct people who dispute what you say; never forget that God may give them a change of mind so that they recognize the truth and come to their senses, once out of the trap where the devil caught them and kept them enslaved...’ (2 Tm. 2: 25-26) therefore, a good word is worth more than a piece of gold…”

BETH MYRIAM FEEDS THE POOROur Lady who made Vassula understand that spiritual food is not enough but that she should help the needy as well and give them food. This has now been realized in a world-wide project under the name Beth Myriam or Mary’s House, by readers of the True Life in God messages (TLIG) under the Associa-tion for TLIG.

There are 25 Beth Myriams currently functioning in 15 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, USA and Europe serving about half a million meals in 2014 to socially disadvantaged children, orphans, fami-lies, homeless, sick, elderly and those forgotten in the slums, regardless of their nationality, creed or social background. The Beth Myriams provide cold and hot meals, often accompanied by clothing, medical treatment and schooling.

Vassula Debates Interfaith

Rev. Dr. Gavin introduces Vassula to the public

In the summer of 2018, Vassula received an invitation from the Evangelist Pastor Saïd Oujibou to debate interfaith subjects

on a television show in Paris. Saïd Oujibou is a well-known multicultural show animator for programs such as “Liberté, Egalité, Couscous”, where he explains the necessity to better under-stand the diversity of religion and culture in or-der for all to live in peace.

The debate was scheduled to take place in the crypt “Sainte Jeanne d’Arc” (Saint Joan of Arc) situated underneath the Church of ‘St-Denys’ de la Chapelle, in Paris. France seems to be fa-voured; in the thirty years of Vassula’s public testimonial around the world; fi fty-six confer-ences were held in this nation, of which thirteen were in Paris.

The True Life in God French team prepared ac-commodation for Vassula’s arrival, as well as setting-up the conference room inside the crypt, decorating it, and making sure the conferencing hardware was functional.

At 2:30 pm, before the debate, Rev. Dr. Gavin Ashenden (Anglican, Missionary Bishop of the Christian Episcopal Church in the United King-dom and Europe) introduced Vassula to the French public. In her 50 minute speech, Vas-sula reminded them why “God was calling us” and invited them to see the “signs of the times.”

Vassula’s testimony, in its substance, was the-following:

Vassula asked, “Why does God call us?” She ex-plained that God always manifested Himself to mankind, not so as to give us something new, but so as to respell His Word, reminding us of our foundations. God will never in our lifetime cease calling us. He invites us all to enter into the true and unique knowledge of His Deity, the knowledge of knowing Him and of understand-ing Him. Our Lady says in a TLIG message:

“what God wants of you is a change of heart; do not be afraid to acknowledge your sins; live and practise the sacrament of confession.” (True Life in God Message April 23, 1993)

All these calls from heaven are lessons like those in a school. Jesus calls His school, “True Life in God.” He invites everyone to this school.

Vassula said that after having passed through a purifying fi re, Jesus trained and taught her with patience and tenderness. He educated her on spiritual things. His teaching was divine, giving

her cognitive lights to penetrate His words and understand them.

Vassula spoke about Apostasy, explaining that this is a rebellion against God. She said that Je-sus explains in the True Life in God Messages that we are living in a great apostasy; that is why He had to intervene. This apostasy was predict-ed by St. Paul. He said that we would recognize the End of Times by two signs: apostasy and the spirit of rebellion. Our era has both signs and they are quite visible! Of course, God, in His Great Mercy, will intervene. God intervenes to call us to repent! Vassula read a message from Our Blessed Mother:

“... your generation failed to appreciate God’s great Love, this is why your lands are set afl ame by egoism, by godlessness and by the fury of Sa-tan; (...) I call in agony from above, to you all to make peace with God, to reconcile with your families.” (True Life in God Messages, October 10, 1990)

Vassula emphasised about a chastisement by fi re that would happen if we did not repent and make peace with God. “…On the Day of Judgment, He will hold us responsible for all kinds of indiff er-ences we have had… We should therefore exam-ine ourselves and correct ourselves; otherwise he will drive us all out as He did in the past with the Israelites!”

She added that, “we live in a time of ineff able grace and Mercy. God is renewing His Creation. He is rising-up new apostles of the End of Times and they will become pillars of faith and defend-ers of Truth”.

“I am, renewing, Vassula, My creation; it is the beginning of this renewal; it is My passage among the tombs, among this vast graveyard, My passage will turn the tombs into glorious Cathedrals with the Fire of My Love within them! the splendour of My Presence in them will be awesome.” (True Life in God Message May 31, 2003)

Vassula said that the Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Peace, appears in many places around the world. As the Lord says, she is preparing us for Christ’s Return, which is imminent. She also said that the manifestations of Christ today are many. He even appears to non-Christians. There is a multiplication of the appearances of Christ among non-Christians. She talked about

the New Heavens and the New Earth, where God is renewing everything by giving us joy and peace in our soul: by transfi guring our soul into that of a new person.

Vassula talked also about the importance of for-giveness and love, about repentance, and about the power of prayer, with a lesson on how to pray, because it is through prayer that we can reach God. She emphasised that we must remember that on Judgement Day we will all be judged by the measure of love we had here on earth. The Lord says in a message:

“yes, a word uttered with love can alter a whole situation; it can stop a war; it can melt ice and calm down a storm; it can extinguish a fi re.” (True Life in God Message May 31, 2003)

The Blessed Virgin says: “A prayer of the heart vibrates with truth and God hears it!” When we pray for others, it is as if we are pouring our blood for them, because our love is like the Love of Christ who had no personal interest.” (cf. True Life in God Messages, “Vassula Speaks about Witnessing”)

Vassula said: “I invite you today to learn and fol-low the footsteps of the ancient prophets, and to open a broad path in your mind and heart to see how they have maintained their perfect fi delity to God when He had them called to reveal His plans to them: Let us learn from them and meditate on their travel through these arid lands, these spiri-tual deserts.

On the spiritual path, they learned self-denial, giving priority to God’s interests and God Him-self. They learned to shed their ego and their will.

Today, let us become aware of their indomitable courage, their zeal and their love for God. They were also human and possessed no more than what we have, except they had a good will to glo-rify God. They were weak, but God gave them His strength. They did not have an easy life, but they struggled, putting their trust in God, and per-severing to fulfi l their mission and glorify God.

If every human being responded to God’s Love, displayed by Him for each one of us in His True Life in God Messages, our lives would be transformed into a Love Hymn.

ings about Satan’s rage in these last days, he would already be defeated and ban-ished from men’s hearts and the world.

If all the world’s religions respond-ed to God’s call to reconciliation, all men and women would have al-ready recognized each other as broth-ers and sisters from one Source.

And if everyone realized that we are liv-ing in times of ineff able Grace and Mercy, and that God, in full power, is renewing His creation, we would never cease prais-ing God night and day, and our hearts would become blazing fl ames of zeal!

If only…”

After Vassula’s speech, the public was invited to take a break at the rear of the conference room, with some refreshments, tea and cookies off ered by Saïd Oujibou and the French True Life in God association, so as to learn about and get to know each other, each one sharing information about his/her individual attachment to his/her re-spective faith.

At 3:30 pm, the designated interfaith speakers each took a seat for the debate. Facing the pub-lic, from right to left, were:

Josephine Daherel Ghoul, (Journalist and TV di-rector of a channel for the young), Nour Alshaba, (from Télé Lumière, and a liturgical television channel), Nour Al Kodass, (ecumenical focus for

all denominations. She has a Doctoral degree in media and a Graduate degree in journalism from Paris 2 Sorbonne). Pierre Barnerias, (Journal-ist and ex ‘Grand Reporter’, he is also the direc-tor of the movie “M and the third secret”), Saïd Oujibou, (Host and debate presenter ); Vassula Rydén, Rev. Dr. Gavin Ashenden (Bishop of the Diocese of Great Britain and Europe for the Christian Episcopal Church), Mohamed Khenissi (Islamologist), Fr Jean-Louis Haubert (Catholic priest of the Diocese of Strasbourg and chaplain of the University Hospital of Strasbourg), Camel Bechikh (President of the ‘Daughters and Sons of France’ and member of the Board of the Bor-deaux Mosque)

The debate took place under the theme:

‘How to live together in peace under the Cre-ator’s Eye’

During the debate, the following remarks were given:

Pierre Barnérias: (about the appearances of the Virgin) “The Church has always been cautious about the Apparitions, so everything that the Virgin has announced has not been said... The Virgin Mary, the perfect woman is a point of commonality between Christians and Muslims.”

Mohamed Khenissi believes that it is important to transmit the history of the prophets to the young.

(...) generalized apos-tasy is the sign of the End Times (2nd Thess.)...”Mohamed Khenissi: “We are waiting for the re-turn of Jesus who will fi nish his Mission. We must prepare His return together...”

Camel Bechikh: “To know if the Virgin has ap-peared or not is anecdotal ... being able to learn about other religions in order to take comfort from one’s own is central. Vassula’s speech is rallying; we feel love, a return to love, delivering us from the Evil One. Love is universal. If we do not practise discernment, we fall into division, that is to say evil ...”

Josephine El Ghoul: “With dialogue, we can praise and sing to the Lord.”

activities, surrounded by nature and to discover the Creator, to try to be innovative; ... not to give into fear; God asks me to share my Faith with the universe. “

Camel Bechikh: “National identity; we do not have the right to speak about it in France ... We can integrate the habits and customs of the na-tional integrity while keeping a religious iden-tity.”

Vassula Rydén: “In Lebanon I saw a mosaic of confessions and religions within one commu-nity: no divisions, no prejudice, and no separa-tions. We must meet today as ecumenical and inter-religious. “

Pierre Barnerias: “The End Times is not the end of the world. The most important moment is Judgment. The most important thing is God and the moment when we present ourselves before God. “

Father Jean-Louis Haubert: “When we do not live according to God, we contribute to apostasy. Through sin, we help the evil one. When one lives the True Life in God, one opposes the evil one and the apostasy. The end of the world and end times: The end times are the end of evil, when the evil one will no longer have power over the heart of man. When Lucifer has been chained, the end of evil will come. Then there will be the end of the world, which is in the Hands of the Lord. “

Mohamed Khenissi: “Adults can help young peo-ple to practice the Faith. We refer to their reli-gious identity (eg. Muslims) and we forget that they are young people ... it is necessary to be cre-ative, to think how to teach, to organise outdoor

Vassula Rydén: “It will be 33 years of messages on November 28, when I started looking for God ... In these messages there is the 2nd Pentecost that gives a lot of hope. The Holy Spirit is poured out on all humanity. The end of time is the 2nd Pentecost that will renew the world. There will be a new heaven, a new earth; there will be no darkness. On earth, we will all live under the


same sun and we will form one great family. As human beings, we have the same needs, a good health etc ... we must take a path of righteous-ness and live it, that our life be transformed and transfi gure the world. The Creator has inscribed on each human heart the capacity for good, but when we fi nd ourselves in rebellion against Him this capacity for good becomes a capacity for evil. Nature that revolts, originates from all kinds of confl icts in our hearts. If we have no place for the Divine in our hearts, it will become external-ized and it will be war. The Lord once said to me, “live as though it is your last day on earth.” (True Life in God Messages, March 2, 1993)

We must work together to fi ll the gaps in our di-visions - education in the family - institutions and religious communities - actions that make it possible to live. All religions respond to the Call of God. They can unite as long as they learn to love. Peace, harmony, unity is a desire for all of us, and above all for God, and to be able to say: my brother, my sister. “

Rev. Dr. Gavin Ashenden: “If you are violent, you are no longer a Christian. For the Christian who is violent, we must ask him to repent.”

Vassula Rydén: “Christians who do violence must be evangelized. Jesus once asked me, ‘Am I a politician?’ Jesus asks us to : ‘Do your best and I will do the rest.’ We cannot do the impos-sible because it is God who does the impossible. We must never stop carrying out meetings. “

Pierre Barnérias: (on the media) “Information is manipulated, distorted, and even criminal. Three major news agencies spread hatred during the events of 11 September. We live in the world of snapshots and manipulation”.

Josephine El Ggoul: “A 60-year-old blind Chris-tian woman, lived with a Muslim family who sheltered her so that she could be safe and have something to eat ... When we spend the time lov-ing, we do not have time to do the harm.”

Camel Bechikh: “There is a politicization of the reading of the Bible in the Arab world. Who benefi ts from the attacks in the West? Islam has never been as ugly as since the attacks. There is a bellicose reading of the Koran in the USA.”

Vassula Rydén: “God does not stop working; He is always in action. What is needed is conversion and having a radical change in ourselves. Live and put into action every Word He says. Prayer without ceasing is contemplative prayer, the highest prayer. It is necessary to die to oneself to be transfi gured. If you live as Jesus asks, you will testify, but without ever imposing what you believe, being zealous but not fanatical. “

Camel Bechikh: “We must spread the Word; we must be the Gospel in action.”

Vassula Rydén: “The Lord says, ‘Be My Echo, imitate Me.’ “

Mohamed Khenissi: “We fi nd God; we see God in the other.”

Camel Bechikh: “We tend to defi ne ourselves as religious in relation to the religion of the other.”

Josephine El Ghoul: “… In the second year of journalism, I saw how my comrades were ar-guing over opinions, and I told myself that I must stop studying journalism; Brother Nour, (a priest) came to tell me: “No, Josephine, the war is over and we are going to build a televi-sion where the word will be free; and it is today the channel ‘Télé Lumière’ that has fi ve channels to proclaim the Word, the ‘real Word’ .. On our channels, we only say the words that encourage union and love.”

When asked about the main theme (“How to live together in peace under the Creator’s Eye”) Vas-sula gave this beautiful answer:

“First, we must recognize that these times we live in is what we call the End Times, not the end of the world, but the end of an era. In the messages that Jesus dictates to me, He told me that there would be two signs to recognize these times. The fi rst sign: the great apostasy, the second sign: the spirit of re-bellion. We have both these signs today.


That is why, God, in His great Mercy and Good-ness, intervenes and sends us warning signs. One of the signs is the many appearances of Je-sus in our day, and of Mary the Blessed Virgin. The True Life in God work is also a great sign given to everyone. Here is what Jesus said: ‘...hear Me and write My message for the entire world.’ (True Life in God Messages, October 10, 1990) So we all have not only an important role to play in maintaining peace and unity in diver-sity, but an obligation.

All these signs are given to prepare us for the return of Christ. Christ in the messages insists time and time again that we must be prepared, calling us to repentance. He repeats several times: ‘My Return is imminent,’ (True Life in God Messages, December 27, 1994) and: “by the road that I came on I will return.” (True Life in God Messages, July 22, 1992)

The Blessed Virgin is sent by God to prepare us for the glorious return of Christ. One of the mes-sages of Christ explains it; I took extracts: “-tell Me, when a king enters a city, will there be no preparations to receive him? the whole city will be in turmoil and the king will send before him his elect and his imperial court to prepare the way for him and make his paths straight; he will send his messengers to announce his com-ing;... this is why, before My Return, I am send-ing you before Me, the Ark of Alliance, I am sending you the Woman of the Apocalypse, the second Eve.”(True Life in God Messages, Octo-ber 10, 1990)

Many times Jesus warns us in His messages that His Return is imminent, the Day of Judgment is near, and that on this great day we will all be judged by fi re. We will be judged according to the measure of the love we had on earth. The mean-ing of our lives is therefore to love God and serve him, and to love our neighbour and not to dif-ferentiate him.

The Blessed Virgin says that those who are of dif-ferent religions are no less creatures made in the Image of God and are ultimately destined to live in the House of God.

As I said before, only after repentance can we ob-tain the grace of Heaven to understand that our divisions are a sin. Let us understand that God unites, but the devil divides.

We must not forget that on earth we all live under

the same sun and we are one great family equal under the Light of God, regardless of our creed or what part of the world we come from. And as humans, we basically have the same needs; we all seek happiness, we all want to have good health. Who among us does not like peace and to be happy? Who among us does not like being healthy? Nobody...

In all religions, there is always a holy law to fol-low. This Law is supposed to lead us to holiness so that we are worthy in the Eyes of God. We must take this Holy Way of Righteousness, be it a Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, Jewish or other law, and we must live it, not just know it, so that our lives can be transformed, and, by this transformation we can transform the world. We must be like a city built on a hill which cannot be hidden!

Our Creator has imprinted in the consciousness of all His creation what is good and what is bad. Now everyone has noticed that the world is in bad shape. Corruption, violence and suff ering have increased. The origin of all kinds of confl icts is usually located in our hearts, where they are well rooted. Our heart is like a mirror of our soul. It refl ects what we have of Him. If in our hearts we have no room for the divine and instead bring hatred and war, these feelings will be exterior-ized and they will become a reality, because a man’s actions fl ow from what fi lls his heart. It must be understood that God is not moved by the eloquence of words or aff ected by their elo-cution, but He delights in a contrite heart.

Jesus Christ in one of His messages instructs us and says: ‘live as though it is your last day on earth.’ (True Life in God Messages, March 2, 1993)

It is therefore our responsibility to one another to cultivate a global awareness of justice to put an end to this evil and division among people; it is to listen to the needy; we have the capacity if we strive more to diligently work together to fi ll the gaps in our divisions instead of aggravating them; we should become repairers of breaches, repairing our diff erences and promoting peace where there is war, unity where there is division, love where there is hatred.

We need a solution. The fi rst thing that needs to be considered is education, which will resolve confl ict by instilling a thirst for truth. We need to educate the family, institutions, our religious


communities, the whole world, telling them that men can live in peace and harmony, and can rec-oncile with each other. The answer to the ques-tion: What are the actions that make it possible to live together and build a city of peace under the eyes of the Creator? If all the religions of the world responded to God’s call to reconciliation, all men and women would recognize each other as brothers and sisters from one Source.

Yes, they can unite, as long as they learn to love; reminding themselves of their Divine origin and moral values. We must remind them to become the Image of the living God, or of our saints, who have no trace of impurity, no trace of prejudice, no trace of vengeance, no trace of hatred.

I sincerely hope that the day will come, when through our eff orts and our sacrifi ces, we will bring the peace, harmony and unity that are so desired by all of us, but above all, by God, and that one day we can sincerely say to each other “my brother, my sister”.”

Pierre Barnerias: “To believe in the existence of Eternity; one is made for Eternity.”

Mohamed Khenissi: “We are responsible for the lessons we shared.”

Rev. Dr. Gavin Ashenden: “to pray, to love, to re-pent”

Camel Bechikh: “To be voices that meet the voic-es that divide.”

Vassula Rydén: “Our heart is in the Heart of God who tells us: ‘My Holy Spirit can transfi gure you from a desert into a garden, into a palace where I can reign over you, change your heart to a Paradise and in this Paradise, you can glo-rify Me.’” (cf. True Life in God Messages, April 22, 1990)

Around 200 people were gathered at this event, dated November 24, 2018 in Paris.
