How do families feel?
“Why can’t you all share one file on us. I have to repeat my
problems to everyone I see, and you all ask the same questions.
Anyway, if you want to know about me just look on Facebook”

Serving Local People
Tendring District Council has developed a
nationally recognised approach for working
with Troubled Families
With an estimated 320 families in the District
with a range of complex needs, costing the taxpayer in excess of £45 million per year, our aim was to bring targeted support to those who needed it
Working with a range of partners - the objective
was to secure better outcomes for families
whilst promoting sustainability and
resilience in the long term.
