Description. Triton 100™ is a made in NZ 100 mm thick high performance acoustic and R3.0 thermal insulating ceiling panel. Panels are available in a wide range of decorative finishes and is designed to provide exceptional broad band sound absorption from low, mid to high frequency.

Application. Triton 100™ is ideal for thermal and acoustic upgrade of class rooms, halls and applications that require control of low fre-quency reverberation such as music rooms, recording studios, audiology testing rooms.

Composition. Manufactured in NZ from 48 kg/m³ bio-soluble glass wool ab-sorber, 320 gsm Sonatex™ acoustic laminate finish.

Recycle and renew program: Soiled or damaged panels can be resurfaced on site or at the factory with new Sonatex™ laminates for reuse in the ceiling. Extend useful life and reduces waste.

Service Panel protection: Panels are available with strippable protective film covering to help keep panels cleaning during the construction phase.

Installation: Shall not commence until the building is water tight and dry. For 1200 x 2400 mm panels use DXW wide faced grid, M&E services shall be independently supported. Do not use in ceilings with negative air return plenums. (ref. Asona).

Contractor shall flat pack packaging and return to Asona for reuse and register the ceiling with Asona Recycle and Renew product stewardship program on practical completion.
