Domestic bus routes and 2(Two) nos. City 1 Town bus routes namely:- SI. Through TRTC paying monthly revenue 1 fee to TRTC per bus per month per route baSISto TRTC for the contract period of 3(three) years on such terms & conditions as detailed 1 furnished in the Eor document which will be available for Collection from the office of Managing Director 1 Traffic Manager(Bus), TRTC, Krishnanagar, Agartala on non- refundable of Rs.l,500/-(Rupees One thousand Five Hundred) only in the shape of Bank Demand Draft 1 Cash during the period from 16/08/2019 to 27/0812019 on all working days during office hours only on application. The sealed cover EO! document along with EMD for Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) only & other related documents super scribing the EOI Notice no & date in covering envelop shall be Dropped in the Tender Box as would be provided in the office of the MD,-TRTC Krishnanagar, Agartala on 28/08/2019 during 1~c::AMto 3PM. only and the Tender box shall be Opened on 29/08/2019 at 11 AM sharp in the same places, if possible. The selected 1 successful bus operators shall bear all sorts of expenses in connection with operation & maintenance of both buses & bus services in aforesaid schedule bus routes, and they shall be allowed to collect the approved bus fares from the travelling passengers. The Bus operator 1 Tenderer 1 Bidder to whom buses allotted for bus service operation earlier in the City Bus Route No- 1& 3 respectively in reference to the EO! of TRTC vide No. F. 12(2)-TRTC/BUS/2019/37, dated 08/07/2019, are not to be allowed for participation in this EO! process of TRTC dated 08/08/2019 for any bus route of Tow 1 City Bus service in this regard. Any refusal 1 non- compliance 1 non responding etc. in any manner on the part of the successful 1 selected Tenderer 1 Bidder 1 Bus Operator as against the issuance of offer of acceptance of rates by TRTC followed by finalization of EO! 1 Bid 1 Acceptance of rates & others by TRTC, the entire EMD (earnest money deposit) as deposited shall be forfeited accordingly as per discretion of MD, TRTC, treating the matter as dropped and cancelled of said Eor 1 Bid 1 offer etc. of the said Tenderer / Bidder too. Forfeiture EMD shall also be made in event the claim 1 request for withdrawal of Eor 1 Bid after the same is submitted or accepted.
