  Main Consultant in business improvement projects: the improvement of productivity and process efficiency.

  Principal Consultant in sales improvement programmes: improvement of the sales-preparation, sales-support and sales-reporting of large sales organisations.

  Main Analist in the defense team in a large arbitration

(in Luxembourg), between a software supplier and a European Holding.

  As Business Architect responsible in professionalization of the internal organization.

  In that same role, responsible for the blueprint of the system-, data-, information- and process architecture in mergers and acquisitions.

  The name of Triple Yell is derived from its approach. This is a 3-step approach:

LOOK, LISTEN, LEARN.

  The steps are: 1.   LOOK – REALITY

Inventory of all processes and services, reports, costs and benefits. To obtain insight in the efficiency and productivty.

2.   LISTEN – EXPERIENCE How are processes controlled and operated, and how is this perceived and experienced by management and employees.

3.   LEARN – FUTURE Overview of changes and recommendations, derived from the results of 1 and 2, where the recommendations are checked on reality and applicability.

1.   LOOK – ‘reality’: gather information, through reports, information analysis and workshops.

3.   LEARN – ‘future’: problemsolving solutions, validated and checked.   Every phase is concluded with a presentation

and the delivery of support documentation.   Evaluation & aftercare: all projects are

concluded with an evaluation. Additional aftercare can be delivered.
