Management and Supervision

We understand the importance of excellent supervision and have identified it as a

vital part of our success. We believe in two types of supervision namely:

Operational Management

Daily and spontaneous visits are made by our area managers who are accountable

for maintaining set standards that the guards sign upon employment which keeps up

the good standards of service delivery.

Divisional Management

Regular visits for the purpose of assessing standards are being met and to liaise

with the clients as part of Tri Pillars operations by the Area manager of Tri Pillar

security.

Tripillar Speed Fencing

Having been in the events industry since 2008, Tripillar Speed Fencing is tailor made to

the clients specifications, we supply speed fencing to a broad spectrum of occasions

ranging from concerts, sporting events to red carpet events. Our speed fencing is fast

and easy to assemble with no expertise required to move it around. We provide our

speed fencing in the whole of KZN. Having been in the security industry since 2008

Tripillar, thrives to have a master one stop security solution for our clients.

Tripillar Event guards

We don’t only offer speed fencing for events, but further avail qualified and trained

event security officers to manage crowd control for unlimited events. For any event we

firstly asses the nature and scale of the event, should it be a presidential event then

we would determine the quantity of dignitaries and consult with the local SAPS for the

required backup. After assessments of the event have been conducted and a work

plan has been concluded, our next step would be carefully select and screen a

security team for that particular event followed by a briefing on the work plan for the

event. Once the briefing has been done we then equip our event guards with the

necessary aid such as

Management Profile

Bheki Langa (Managing Director )

Our Managing Director, Mr Langa served in the British forces for more than five years in many

operational environments, such as Iraq and Afghanistan. He brings value to the company with

the skills acquired from the military. Bheki received a bursary from BHP Billiton to get training

through Raizkorp “Business Incubator” at which he’s currently enrolled on their business

incubator programmes.

Zazi Mbambo (General Manager)

Zazi brings a lot of value to Tri pillar with his previous work experience within the safety field,

Zazi spent 10 years in the South African Defence Force (SADF) he started as a rifle man and

ended up being a platoon section commander where he was a Lance corporal and leader of a

whole platoon. Aftter the military Zazi joined Chubb where he has been for 7 years and

working as a manager he has gained a lot of operational experience which he is now using

strengthen Tri pillar. As a general manager Zazi overlooks all the operations as he has

paramount knowledge and experience in the field.

training centers.

Tri Pillar security has extensive operational military experience within its

management, serving with the British Forces in various theatres including Iraq,

Afghanistan and throughout Europe and North America. We manage our guard

force and uphold company ethos with the same military precision. This solid

management structure together with a professional guard force is what exclaims our

Value Added Services

Training

Tri Pillar has all its security guards trained and skilled at accredited training centres

nationwide. All officers are fully trained and certified in terms of the Private Security

Industry Regulatory Authority Act.

Undercover

As an ever progressing organization with its eye on total solutions of excellence to

the security industry we have additional staff that we have trained to supply use with

undercover intelligence gathering for retail industries.

Reports

Reports of all serious incidents will be generated and sent through to the client

within 12hrs. Weekly reports will be provided to the client at all times before the

commence of the new week with details and suggestions.

Communications Systems

Tri Pillar will supply all its Guards with the necessary communication, restrained

aids. Incase of an emergency control will be in touch with the guards as well as the

SAPS and relevant emergency organizations.
