While strides have been made in securingenergy security for South Sudan, a lot stillremains to be done to secure the country’senergy security for current and futuregenerations. Indeed South Sudan is acountry abounding with opportunities. Therecent peace agreement has all the moreushered the great potential the countryholds. As a locally owned energy player wewill continue to take a long term view ofSouth Sudan cognizant that our own journeyof growth and sustainability will closelymirror the South Sudanese journey.
I am proud to note that at Trinity Energy weare leading the way for other private sectorplayers and corporate entities in SouthSudan to embrace good governance andethical corporate practices. For thiscontribution we are regularly recognized andcelebrated, as recently happened with theSouth Sudan Chamber of Commerce.

The company owns 6 millionlitres of fuel storage at our depot in Nesitu,which includes an additional 2 million litres of
storage currently under development. Trinity Energy has the largest retail petroleum footprint in South Sudan.Serving over 25,000 customers a month, Trinity Energy filling stations offerrecognized quality and service. All stations can process payment in cash, Visa,and now m-GURUSH. Organizational customers can arrange fuel purchasingagreements with Trinity Energy to offer drivers and fleet vehicles flexible fuelingoptions throughout the country. Our robust supply chain allows our stations tomaintain fuel availability even when others are suffering from fuel shortages.
Beginning in 2020, Trinity Energy has started an ambitious expansion plan. Tobetter serve our community, we are investing in the construction of an additional24 retail filling stations nationwide, part of our plan to construct 100 retail outletscountry wide by 2024. These new filling stations will compliment the plannedexpansion of our fuel storage capacity in further expanding access to fuel andenergy throughout the Nation.
