• WHY: In accordance with the Montreal Protocol

The Bureau of Customs helped the DENR in banning the CFCs by averting any attempt to smuggle the banned chemicals into the country

CFC 11 AND OTHER CFCS THAT HAVE BEEN STATED EARLIER ARE HARMFUL. THAT IS WHY IT IS BEING REGULATED AND MAYBE SOMEDAY, IT WOULD NOT BE USED EVER AGAIN.
