Hello friends,

I just wanted to share a summary of the topics discussed at our last two weekly meetings.

An important thing to note is that our Triad weekly meeting schedule has changed fromevery week to every other week. We will now hold our meetings on the 2nd and 4th

Mondays of each month, which also means there will not be a meeting today. The new

schedule will offset the days when the NC state chapter holds its TeamSpeak meetings,which fall on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month. Also, please be aware that there is

a TeamSpeak meeting today, (April 18,) at 8:00pm for all ZM members in the state, so

please try to attend.

April 4, 2011 Meeting Summary

1.) Two new supporters, Crystal and Eric were in attendance.

** Crystal is an instructor at UNCG and is also good at writing press releases.

2.) Brandon informed the group that the orientation class for public access TV is this

week and he, Rolfe, and Justin will try to attend the class.

3.) Crystal told the group about volunteer opportunities with the Interactive Resource

Center (IRC) in Greensboro, which assists the homeless.** The IRC also publishes a free news paper called "Greensboro Voice," which is geared

specifically for the homeless, and TZM Triad may be able to have things published in this

paper.

4.) There is an independent film festival going on in Winston Salem from April 8 - 17,

which may offer a good opportunity for the group to spread awareness of the movement.

5.) Crystal suggested the book "Socrates Cafe," which talks about holding philosophical

dialogue/debates with the public at places like coffee shops.6.) We talked about networking with various organizations like the Center for Spiritual

Living and Unitarian Churches.

7.) Discussed the idea of bringing "The Best That Money Can't Buy," or other TVP texts,

to our meetings and reading/discussing various sections with the group.

April 11, 2011 Meeting Summary

1.) We watched and discussed the YouTube video "Deprogramming Zeitgeist

Movement/Venus Project Cult Members."

2.) Discussed changing the meeting schedule from every week, to every other week, and

decided on having future meeting on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month.

** As a result, our next TZM Triad NC meeting will be April 25th at The Green Burro.

3.) We decided that it would be a good idea to make TZM t-shirts for members to wear

during volunteer events,

** Justin will look into methods for creating group t-shirts.
