All seasonal must commit to examine regularly. Noise - All noise in excess will not be tolerated (i.e., radio, tv, stereo, musical instruments, chain saw, vehicle with unsuitable muffler, all terrain vehicle, motorcycle). Trees -- It is strictly forbidden to cut, uproot, or cut branches from the trees on the camping ground. Fine $100. Ask permission before planting trees or to make modifications on your lot. Camp site — trailers / tents --Do not overload your lot. Your agreement gives you the right to one trailer and one shed. Your children that no longer live with you at home cannot camp on your lot. Camping Rules (2016)

The following rules are in order to better enjoy your summer and to respect your neighbour. For this reason, management reserves the right to expel, without reimbursement, anybody who does not abide by the rules. We would like to thank everybody for their cooperation.

To all parents. Your children are your responsibility. There are a lot of hazards on a campground (i.e., lake, campfire, woods). Please watch especially your young children. Remember that swimming in the lake is forbidden. There is no lifeguard.

Dogs - Your dog has to be on a leash at all times on the campsite. Your dog must also be tied up unless you are sure that he will stay on your lot. Do not leave your dog alone in the trailer. If your dog barks at the point of upsetting your neighbours, you will be asked to leave your dog at home. Make him wear a special collar to prevent him

from barking. It is forbidden to let your dog swim in the lake or pool; only one dog per site; please pick up your dog’s feces. You are responsible for your dog, whether he is tied up or not. Only one dog per site. NO PITTBULLS OR OTHER DANGEROUS DOGS ALLOWED.

Construction/Renovations - Allowed between mid- and end of May. A new seasonal camper will be allowed to do strictly the necessary to install his trailer and will have to wait until the fall or spring to finish up. It is forbidden to make any changes to your site, or trailer before consulting management. All unauthorized modifications will need to be undone.

Curfew 11pm – no radio not even at low volume – Attention – respect your neighbor. As of 11pm, all noise must stop immediately. Groups must disperse and retire at their own camp fire.

Firewood – No deliveries to your site during the weekend. You can bring your own pre-cut wood. Firewood cannot be cut on the campsite to avoid unnecessary noise. EXTERIOR FIREPLACE ARE MANDATORY.

Sale of trailer – The camper must advise the lessor before putting his trailer up for sale. The lessor must meet the potential buyer BEFORE the sale is final. The lessor reserves the right to renegotiate the base rate with the new owner Put your sign (max 8x12 inches) in your trailer window only and post on billboard at the camping entrance. The fall deposit is not transferable to the new buyer. The deposit will be used for winter storage. It will no longer be permitted to sell old trailers (10 years and older) on the campground. therefore have to leave the site with all of his equipment; the site must be in good condition.

Potable Water – Do not drink the water. It is our duty to inform you following modifications brought to provincial regulations. Please advise your visitors. Watering your lawn or washing your car is forbidden. The water system is not strong enough for that. Water your flowers outside of the peak hours, (i.e.,11-12 noon; 2-4, and 10 to 11p.m.)

Outside lighting - Your electricity consumption must not go beyond 100 watts; please turn off all lights at 11:00 p.m There will be costs charged to lessees who consume beyond the prescribed wattage.

Electrical appliances - The lessee must declare all electrical appliances at the signature of his lease, (i.e., heater, refrigerator, air conditioned, battery charger, or other, electric fireplace). Outside refrigerators are forbidden.

ATV, golf cart - ATVs are strictly forbidden on the camping ground. Electric golf carts only will be allowed with management’s permission; use specifici covers so no blue tarps, etc. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license + all motor vehicles must be insured for civil liability.

Garbage – please fill containers from the back end - Important: 1) do not throw away batteries, tires, propane tanks, peint; all of these items must be brought beside the garage at the Municipality in Montpellier; 2) for metal, please continue to put it beside the containers under the sign; 3) it is not permitted to put wood in the garbage – we

will be fined; 4) You can use the containers for the other garbage (green = garbage) (blue = recyclables – clear plastic bags are allowed). 5) please flatten and cut up cardboard boxes. Speed limit - The maximum speed limit is 10km/hour. All persons caught driving beyond the limit will be expelled. All persons driving on the campground must have a valid driver’s permit. The campground is not appropriate for a driving course.

Showers and rest rooms - Please make an effort to keep this area clean. Do not let your children play in the rest rooms and be with them when they take a shower.

Docks - Must adhere to the Ministère de l’environnement rule. See management. A seasonal camper that sells his trailer has no acquired rights to the dock. The docks will be gradually eliminated.

Whirlpool - FOR ADULTS ONLY. ONLY THE PARENT is permitted to bring his children. It is dangerous to stay in the whirlpool for more than 10 minutes. It is dangerous for pregnant women and children. 5 persons maximum.

Lot upkeep -Do not cut grass or shrubs within 10 metres (32 feet) of water’s edge. This is a buffer zone dictated by the Ministry of the Environment. In the near future, there will be shrubs planted wherever needed to prevent further erosion. The seasonal camper must maintain his site every week. If for whatever reason management has to look after your lot, you will be charged for this service.

Fall deposit - A deposit will guarantee your

lot for next year. Should you decide not to renew in the spring, the deposit will pay for your winter storage. This deposit is not transferable to a new owner.Spring – lease settlement – The signature of your lease and your final payment must be made on the opening date of the season. Miscellaneous - (i) No permanent clothesline. (ii) Guns (pellett) or knifes are not permitted on the campground.(iii) Only electric motors on the lake. (iv) ask permission where to install satellite dish (v) Important – do not use generators on the campground; permission will be granted for emergency purposes only; need special municipal permission for fireworks and also need to obtain permission from lessors. Lessor - The lessor cannot ever be held responsible for damages caused to the lessee by electricity failure, climatic or atmospheric conditions, tree falls, accidents, etc. The lessor cannot be held responsible for damages caused by actions or omissions by other lessees, or other persons on the campground.

Expulsion - All lessees, or their visitors, who do not abide by these rules will be expelled without notice or reimbursement from the lessor.Visitors - Your visitors must abide by the camping’s rules. They must leave your lot by 11:00 p.m. Your privilege to invite friends could be taken away from you if this rule is not abided by. There is a flat rate for your day visitors. Visitors who reside in your trailer in your absence will have to pay the applicable rate. Please advise management. Your children who no longer live with you at home will have to pay this rate. Visitors (6 years old and older) who spend the night with you at the camping in your trailer will have to pay applicable rate.

These fees must be paid upon the arrival of your visitors.IMPORTANT – It is strictly forbidden to organize family parties, birthdays, etc. on the campground.
