Chattanooga Group is certified/compliant to the ISO13485, EN46001 and FDA-QSR Quality Manufacturing Systems with the addition of all necessary U.S. FDA 510(K) clearances and Health Canada Device Licenses. North American safety agency approvals exist for most all our products (i.e., UL, cUL, ETL, cETL, MET and/or cMET). Most all products intended for the E.U. (European Union) market comply with the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC requirements necessary for the appropriate CE marking. Our risk class II products will have the appropriate CE marking with our Notified Body number (0413). Our Notified Body for Europe is SEMKO (0413) located in KISTA, Sweden. Outside of the USA, Canada and the EU, appropriate medical class products comply to harmonized versions of International Safety Standards via the IEC.

WARRANTY

Chattanooga Group warrants that their tables and traction are free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty remains in effect for 2 years for the cushions and 3 years for the frame and motor from the date of original consumer purchase for the RegionTM tables, 2 years for the ErgostyleTM tables, 2 years for the Triton® tables, and 2 years for the Trition / Tru-Trac® traction units.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For any products purchased by Chattanooga Group, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, delivery shall be EXW and all risk of loss shall pass to buyer when the products are delivered to the carrier. As security of all obligations of buyer to seller, at any time owing, seller reserves and buyer grants to seller a security interest in all products sold and all proceeds thereof. Buyer represents to seller that buyer is solvent and able to pay for products, which representation shall be deemed renewed on each delivery of products.
