MENU CHOICESPlease let the spa receptionists know at the time of booking if you require a vegetarian or vegan option, or if you have any allergies or intolerances we should be aware of. Please note individual treatments DO NOT include facility use or a robe and towel.

AQUA AEROBICSClasses take place Monday, Wednesday and Friday; 10:00am - 10:45am. Occasionally we host one off Bootcamps, which include an Aqua Aerobics session outside of the hours above.

CHILDRENTo provide an adult orientated atmosphere, guests receiving treatments and visiting the thermal suite must be over 16 years of age.

PAYMENTPayment can be made by all major credit / debit cards. Please note we reserve the right to raise prices or modify treatments without prior notice. Full payment is taken at the time of booking and is non refundable and non amendable. If you cancel 48 hours before your booking a refund of 50% will be returned to you. This excludes offers and last minute deals.

CANCELLATION POLICYAs a courtesy to other clients, we would ask you to notify us at least 48 hours beforehand if you need to cancel your spa booking. Cancellations will be charged at 50% of the spa package/treatments. No shows and on the day or cancellations within the 48 hours will be charged at 100% of the remaining spa package/treatments. Please note that if using vouchers these will be used against our cancellation policy.
