Officials is a nonprofit association founded in 1914• Members include:

– Highway and transportation departments of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico

– 35 Associate Members from Federal State and Local– 35 Associate Members from Federal, State, and Local agencies and other countries

• Covers five modes: Highways, Air , Transit , Rail, and Water
