Traveling from the Odense Banegård/Odense Train Station to the Conference Venue: Taxi: Fyn Taxa has a stand at the back of the station. Look for a taxi whose light is on. Tipping is always included in the fare. If you have big luggage that needs to go on an outside rack, you will be charged extra. Payment can be made with cash or with credit card. Bus: Buses 41-44, 81-83, 151-153 and 30-32 stop at Hans Mules Gade. Your train ticket is valid in the city zone. The main transit point for city buses is behind the Odense Banegård Center. Walking: By foot from the station (see other side) All arrivals come into Terminal 3. When you exit the gate, look for the baggage and exit signs. Claim your baggage and exit through customs. You will then need to take the train to Odense. After exiting through customs at the airport, walk straight ahead and look for the DSB-Danish Railway ticket office. • You can plan your train trip ahead of time via Journey Planner, (http://www.rejseplanen.dk/bin/query.exe/en). • You can also buy your ticket via the mobile app ‘DSB Billet’ (‘DSB Ticket’). • Please note that trains in Denmark depart on time and use the 24 hour clock. • Trains leave every half hour for Odense. • Your point of departure is the Copenhagen Airport, or Københavns Lufthavn Station. • Buy a train ticket with the destination “Odense St.” (Odense Station). • It will take approximately one hour and forty minutes to get to Odense if you do not have to change trains. We recommend choosing trains that depart at 38 minutes past the hour (example: trains departing at 12:38, 15:38, etc.), as you will go straight to Odense without having to change trains. At the terminal, look for these destinations on the signs: Århus H / Aahus H / Struer Station / Frederikshavn Station. Odense will be mentioned below these destinations. For trains departing from the airport station with times that end in the number 2, (example: trains departing at 12:02, 15:42, etc.), you will need to change trains at the Central Station/Hovedbanegården and continue on to Odense St. For those arriving by plane at the Billund Airport (BLL): take the bus to the Vejle station. Then take the train to the Odense Station. For those arriving by car: E20 exit 50 and head for Odense C. Return Trip by Train from Odense to the Copenhagen Airport• Plan your train trip via Journey Planner, (http://www.rejseplanen.dk/bin/query.exe/en).• For the return journey back to the airport, you will need to purchase a ticket to Københavns Lufthavn Station or the Copenhagen

Airport Station.• We recommend trains departing at 33 minutes past the hour, (ex 18:33, 6:33, etc.), which go straight to the airport station.

Otherwise you will need to change trains. • On the platform, look for trains headed towards Københavns Lufthavn Station.
