IFITT Awards 2016Description: The International Federation for Information Technology and Travel & Tourism (IFITT) is pleased to announce that it will sponsor a series of awards to be presented at the ENTER 2016 eTourism conference, which will be held during February 2-5, 2016 in Bilbao, Spain.

Startups might get in Outstanding Industry Contribution Award for Small Enterprises. This award will be presented at the ENTER 2016 conference. A small enterprise is defined as one with less than 50 employees and less than €10 million turnover. The award will recognize companies/organizations that have made a significant contribution, by providing digital solutions, to the growth and success of technology adoption, integration, or use in the hospitality and tourism industry. There are two categories for this award: one for Startup Enterprise (defined as a company established in the last three years) and another for Established Enterprise (defined as one more than three years old).

Opportunity: Depending upon the number and merits of the nominated organizations, the IFITT Board may select up to three winning organizations (ranked first, second, and third, respectively) within each category, and might request inputs by the IFITT community. The award for the first place in each category includes an award trophy, a certificate, an acknowledgement on the IFITT and ENTER websites, and corporate IFITT membership for one year. The second and third place winners will receive a certificate, an acknowledgement on the IFITT and ENTER websites, and a corporate IFITT membership for one year.

Location: Award winner should be present at Enter 2016 conference in Bilbao in February 2-5, 2016.
