Travel Advisory: Due to ongoing construction around the Truman Sports Complex, your route to the stadium may be affected: Stadium Drive will be closed between Interstate 435 and Manchester Trafficway through October 2010. Throughout construction gates 4, 5, and 6 will remain open. UPDATE - US 40 at I-435 is now open in both directions. Parking and Traffic: Continued construction has closed a section of Stadium Drive at Raytown Road. As a result, Gate 5, already one of the busiest entries to complex, has increased volume. The Chiefs and the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) have some new parking instructions, which may vary from what is printed on parking pass. This construction primarily impacts those entering the stadium from East/Northbound I-435 (inbound from Johnson County, KS). Gate 6 is the best option for most fans traveling from Johnson County and other points south via I-435. Gate 6 can be accessed from exit 63C from I-435 Northbound. Costume Guidelines: For fans that decide to express their Halloween Spirit by wearing a costume for the game against the Buffalo Bills on 10/31, please be advised of the following costume policies at Arrowhead Stadium:

•Masks or other costume pieces that in any way obscure the face are prohibited•Fans are advised that bulky clothing and/or costumes will result in delays at security screening outside the stadium•Costumes must fit within the confines of the fan’s ticketed seat•Toy or replica weapons are prohibited from entry•Any item deemed to be unsafe and/or offensive will not be allowed into the building.

Parking Hotline: We have introduced a new feature to provide Season Ticket Holders and guests detailed parking information and resources to make parking on gameday hassle free. The Parking Hotline will be opened three hours prior to kickoff until one hour post kickoff. To reach the hotline please call 816.920.4444.

Public Transportation to Chiefs Games: For your convenience, bus transportation is available to Arrowhead on game days by Kincaid. Reservations are made online at www.kincaidcoach.com or via phone at 913.441.6200.

Entry into the Stadium: Please look at your tickets and identify the suggested gate to enter the stadium. Entering through the right gate puts you in the closest proximity to your seating location.

Elevators: The New Arrowhead features a significant number of new elevators that are available for guests to use.

South side: Two elevators with access to the lower, plaza, club and sideline upper levels. Two elevators with access to the plaza, club, sideline upper and horizon levels.

West & East side: Two elevators with access to the lower, club and endzone upper levelsNorth side: Two elevators with access to lower, club and sideline upper level

Fans First: Fans First Booths are located throughout Arrowhead to answer your questions or address any concerns. If you have a child with you, you can stop by and receive a special First Game Certificate. In the event a child might become separated from their parent, wristbands with the parent's seat location are also available at each Fans First Booth.

Fans may also register to participate in the Good Sport Program at any Fans First booth. With your commitment to be a designated driver; you will receive a free soda at the concession stand.

Text Messaging: Text messaging is an additional line of communication on game day to report fan conduct or stadium issues more clearly and confidentially. Text "CHIEFS" YOUR LOCATION AND ISSUE TO 69050. Standard SMS rates do apply. You can text during the game, three hours prior to kickoff and 30 minutes postgame.

Fan Guide: We encourage you to refer to your 2010 Chiefs Fan Guide to find helpful information on stadium policies, Fan Code of Conduct, prohibited/ allowed items, tailgating, stadium maps, etc. You can also view the Fan Guide by clicking Chiefs Fan Guide. Please remember that backpacks are a prohibited item and cannot be allowed in the stadium. Bags/purses should be no larger than 8 ½" x 11" x 6". Should you have specific medical needs, please contact Chiefs Customer Relations at 816.920.4237.

Fan Zone: Be sure to stop by the newly updated Chiefs Fan Zone. Located between the Hy-Vee Hot Zone and the Founder's Plaza, the Fan Zone is open pre-game through kickoff and provides entertainment for fans of all ages. Enjoy interactive booths, visits from Warpaint, Chiefs Cheerleaders, the Chiefs Rumble, and KC Wolf plus unique photo opportunities and inflatableactivities.

Season Ticket Holder Fan Cards: Season ticket holders were provided with a personalized Fan Card per ticket account in their season ticket package. Throughout the season, cardholders will enjoy various discounts and promotions offered at concession and merchandise stands. These promotions will be communicated prior to each game via the gameday bulletin. See above for this week’s special deals.

Team Store: The new team store offers season ticket holders and other fans exclusive Kansas City Chiefs merchandise available for purchase for fans of all ages. Six times bigger than the previous team store, the Chiefs Team Store is open on gameday to ticketed guests to provide fans with a comfortable shopping experience. The Team Store accepts all major credit cards, Chiefs gift cards and cash for Chiefs fans' convenience. The hours of operation are:• Gamedays 3 ½ hours before kickoff until 90 minutes post game • Monday through Saturday: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Smoking Policy: New smoking areas have been designated in the New Arrowhead. Smoking is prohibited in the seating bowl and all areas of the stadium except the designated areas listed below.• At the top of the Field Level End Zone stairs behind sections 110 and 128• Designated areas at the four corner entry gates on street level only• Sections of the Upper Sideline Level bars

Special Messages: We receive many requests to have special messages placed on the Arrowvisionboards during Chiefs games. Whether it’s a birthday wish, anniversary mention or a soldier returning from duty to enjoy a Chiefs game, we can now honor those requests! The requests will be shown during halftime at every Chiefs game and it’s your chance to tell the Kingdom your special shout out!

It’s simple and fast to have your message displayed at Arrowhead. Here are a few pieces of information you will need to know to have your message displayed proudly at Arrowhead during halftime of the game of your choice.

• All messages must be 140 characters in length or less.• All message requests must be submitted no less than four (4) days prior to the game you wish to

have you message displayed. For example, submit your request by Wednesday at 5:00 pm for that Sunday ‘s game.

• Messages must be emailed to “[email protected]”• A suggested donation of 10 dollars for this message can be made at www.returnthefavor.org or
