“Idler Rebuilding”

Extending the life of your idlers.

Rebuilding the surface of your idlers will save you time and money. Our

Submerged Arc Welders can quickly rebuild your idler wear surface to

factory specifications. With our automatic machines, we will ensure you

that a smooth weld is placed on the surface needing rebuilt.

Checking the internal components of the idlers.

We will disassemble the idler and begin welding. After rebuild, we will

install new seals and o-rings, and install new bearings if needed. All

idlers are rebuilt to factory specifications.

“Track Press Services”

Traval Contractors Supply, Inc. operates three track presses. We

always take great pride with every job that we complete. While most

track service shops cut corners when assembling tracks, we rely on

dipping each track pin in grease to re-lubricate the pin and bushing. By

completing one simple procedure, this proves to be a cost effective

method to help you get the most out of your tracks.

Another option we offer is to use pressure/vacuum equipment to

draw back the air and refill the sealed pin and bushing back to their

original specification.

Our experienced employees that have been working on

undercarriages for more than 60 years get it done right the first time.

“Track Shoe Regrousering

Service”

In addition to our idler welding service, we are able to offer a low cost

solution for your worn track shoe problems. We offer grouser bars for

both small and large machines. With grouser bar heights ranging from

1/2 to 3 inches, every track type machine will benefit from the added

grip. Our grouser machine, features dual wire feed heads with high-

pressure hydraulics that insures a tight and straight fit with smooth and

continuous welds.

• Breakers

– BTI's TB-XC Series of Hydraulic Breakers offer new benefits, while retaining the time proven

features of only 2 moving parts and no accumulators. Breakers are available in twenty-one

models from 350 to 13,500 ft. lb. classes.

• Compactors

– The unique design of Breaker Technology’s TC Series of hydraulic compactors delivers high

impulse energy for superior compaction. Five models satisfy a wide range of compaction

• Grapples

– Designed for installation on medium to large excavators, these BTI Grapples are high strength

and wear resistant for sorting and loading the toughest of demolition debris.

• Pulverizers

– The MCP Series of hydraulic pulverizers can be used to demolish concrete floors or low walls.

They provide benefits of low noise and vibration, good fragmentation and good separation of

steel wire from concrete material. Crushed concrete can be utilized as aggregate material and

• Shears

by BTI”Mounted on portable screeners, crushers, shredding and conveying

• Low Profile Design - Allows the boom to be lowered onto the feeder and below the maximum travel

height to remain on the crushing plant for easy transportation.

• Narrow Mounting Requirements – This system is designed without a pedestal base, providing a

small footprint for installation in confined spaces. The boom system can be mounted to the side of

the track crushing plants or between the drive and jaw on portable plants.
