RosterIs your driver roster within budget? If you needed to make adjustments, would you know where to
start? The Roster tool is a complete system for managing shifts, rosters and award interpretation. The
all-in-one tool helps you optimise the final roster based on projected payroll.
Maintain Your Master FilesYou can create multiple master templates of common rosters and then modify them weekly or
fortnightly. In a multi-user environment, master templates increase your control of rostering and
maintain its integrity. The tool is extremely flexible so you can easily create and adjust the roster
according to changing shifts.
Run the RosterThe Roster tool is fully integrated with the Finance & Admin module and with the Despatch tool.
This end-to-end connectivity will help you satisfy the ever-present rostering demands. Once the
roster has been finalised, staff can see a detailed view of drivers and vehicles for all shift despatch
points throughout the day. The tool lets you exchange or relieve drivers without compromising their
normal roster position (permanent or rotating). You can also assign pay or scheduling conditions
for exceptional circumstances, such as tagging a shift as overtime for one week only.

to vehicle use and fleet bookings, the tool collects all the data from the Roster and Performance
Monitor tools, and from the Fleet Management module, so that your staff has on-demand access to a
snapshot of company activities across multiple business units.
Find and Assign Your Vehicles — FastThe Despatch tool matches vehicles to shifts and jobs using a sophisticated automatic despatch
system based on yard position, workshop requirements and route requirements. You can also
use the berthing feature to strategically position your vehicles for future despatches or for the
workshop.
Complete Driver ManagementWith Despatch, your staff can determine the status of drivers at a glance — allocated, relief
or unavailable. The module accounts for fatigue conditions by examining variables such as the
earliest allowed sign in for duty based on the previous day’s work. Driver licencing details are
tracked by the system and flagged at expiry. The module also assists your staff in covering shifts
by automatically sending SMS (text) messages to selected drivers available for uncovered shifts.
Shifts can also be split and allocated to multiple drivers.
TimesheetFlexibility on the FlyOnce timesheets are generated, the Despatch tool gives you a complete real-time view of the
operational day as it happens. Then as changes are made on the day in Despatch, such as setting
drivers as sick, allocating relief work and splitting shifts, timesheets automatically update to
reflect the changes.

of trip incidents, and create summaries or detailed reports organised by driver,

assessment, for example, you can set an automated task to contact Risk Assessment Officers.
