• Technical assistance for capacity building

Technical assistance under the CEF "cohesion envelope"
Art. 11(3) of CEF Regulation • Strengthening administrative capacity in relation to project
preparation and implementation

• Financing from the national allocations authorisation of MS concerned of the maximum amount to be used for JASPERS services
