The Yin -Yang Principle
Yang: expansive, extending, moving out from the centerline
Yin: contracting, withdrawing, moving toward the centerline.
Open & Close
Open: extending the joints
Close: flexing the joints

Consistent pace
1. DRAGLET THE HAND FLOAT FROM SIDE TO SIDE;SHIFTING BACK TO THE ORIGINAL SIDE, CIRCLE AROUND TO NEW START POSITION.
2. DOUBLE SPIRALSCOOP ONE HAND UNDER TO FORM “EMBRACE THE MOON;” LIFT THE BOTTOM UP, CIRCLE OUT AND AROUND TO THE MOON AGAIN - THEN OPEN TO NEW POSITION.
3. OPEN THE HEARTSHIFTING FROM ONE SIDE TO ANOTHER, SEPARATE THE HANDS SIMULTANEOUSLY.
4. WAVE HANDSAS YOU SHIFT THE WEIGHT FROM FOOT TO FOOT, SIMULTANEOUSLY WAVE HANDS WITH EACH SHIFT. THIS WILL WORK FROM ANY MOVEMENT.
5. HUG-A-TREETHE PRIMARY TRANSITION: GO BACK TO THE TREE, COME BACK TO CENTER, RE-START SINKING THE QI.
